Ferienunterkünfte in La Arboleda

We had a nice long stay here. The host's parents live next door and are lovely people. The space had lots of room and it was great to have access to the rooftop grill as well. It was very cold during our stay, but warm enough inside with multiple space heaters and an AC unit. There were kitchen utensils missing but the hosts replaced them on request. They offered us cleaning (we did our own) and changes for the towels and sheets. The washing machine listed in the space was not working so they took care of that for us as well. The main negative with our stay was with noise. The street is near an intersection with a street that can be quite noisy in the main room. Luckily you can't hear it from the bedroom, but sometimes you can feel it! Also, the AC unit for the space next door (same hosts) can be heard clearly in the main bedroom. We made a point of asking about noise before booking and were told it was non-existent — maybe out of the host's control, but disappointing to not say so.

La verdad que super bien todo. La ubicación de la casa es increíble es una zona re tranquila. Mauricio y Martha, súper amables y pendientes de todo. La casa es amplia y súper cómoda. Eramos 3 familias ,10 personas, y ni nos dábamos cuenta.

Todo exelente , Nicolás es un gran anfitrión seguro volveremos.

Tremendo alojamiento en exclusivo barrio cerrado a diez minutos de todo. Hermosa vista a viñedos y montañas. Casa amplia y luminosa. Excelente calidad en el amoblamiento. Copas para vino y espumante de categoria. Muy buenos colchones, toallas y toallones. Carlos el padre de Ana nos recibió en persona, algo que ya no es habitual. Vive en el mismo barrio y tiene toda la información que necesites, desde un simple supermercado hasta un sofisticado restaurante. Recomendable tener vehículo.

What a wonderful location! I had a great time at Carlos’ place and he was a great host who came with a lot good recommendations and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Notre séjour en famille chez Belen a été super! La maison est magnifique et permet à tous d'avoir son intimité. Le grand terrain et la piscine ont aussi été un gros plus avec les enfants! Il n'est pas vraiment possible de se déplacer dans les environs à pied, mais avec une voiture, plusieurs vignobles intéressants sont accessibles. Belen est une hôte incroyable. Elle répond rapidement à nos messages et règle rapidement les petits problèmes s'il y en a. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec le wifi, mais c'était hors de son contrôle. Elle a quand même fait des appels à la compagnie pour les aviser. De plus, ellle nous a gentiment accueillis avec un plateau contenant biscuits et petites douceurs et ce fut grandement apprécié après notre longue journée de déplacement. Bref, nous avons adoré notre semaine dans cette magnifique maison!

Es un alojamiento muy cómodo, fácil de llegar y en una zona muy tranquila. Hugo es un gran anfitrión y fue amable en todo momento al recibirnos. 100% recomendable
