This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

LA CONNER - ENJOY THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. Off-season rate is $350/night except for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Holidays which is $400/night. High Season and Holiday Rate is $400/night. Minimum stay during the High season is 5 nights. Weekly and monthly rates also available.
