There is a very comfortable Queen sized bed and an additional pull out bed for another adult or child over 6. Guests call it our " family cave " as its a kids playroom with the many toys available or used to simply separate your self or the family from the living / bedroom ( one room ) in the main part of the house that has the Murphy bed and pull out sofa as in the photos.
