The Scale House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Scale House is located in the heart of wine country. It is across the road from a beautiful Vineyard and within 3 miles of six more vineyards. The night sky is perfect for stargazing. If you are a bike rider, you are in the perfect area. It is located next to an elevator that was used for 50 years before farming changed in the valley. The scales were removed and the house has been remodeled making it feel new and comfortable for a night away.

Large 1800sf living space featuring huge cabin-like living room with a mid-century fireplace for cozy winters around the fire. Branch outdoors and enjoy evening sunset cocktails with friends and family on the back porch. Ideal for couples and small families requiring room and tranquility. It's spacious in and out, airy with lots of windows and light. While it's out of the fray of downtown, it's a short walk, bike ride or drive to all that Marfa has to offer. Gorgeous landscape in all directions.

2017 guest house in Tucson Mountain foothills adjacent to Sweetwater Preserve (14+ mi.s of trails: mountain biking, horseback, running, & hiking)! Enjoy the giant soaking tub, BBQ grill, sunsets & patio. A full kitchen, sitting area, bath & BR are downstairs (550 sq. ft.). Up a 90-degree ladder to BR/retreat space, wonderful for getaway views. Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.

Marathon is a quaint west Texas town with a public park, gardens, restaurants and shopping. It also has a level 1 night sky rating for star gazing. Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park and other parks and communities.

With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with dual vanities, a half bath, an amazing kitchen, dining, two living spaces, and high-speed Internet, our home is ideal for two or three couples, or a family getaway (crib available for use).

Casa Rosa a Mexican Style casita

This little house has one of the most interesting histories of any in Dell City. The Home was fully restored to honor the family that lived here and farmed in the Dell Valley. The style is old Mexican Pueblo. Kitchen, living room with television and lots of dvds, a roomy bedroom and a large bath/vanity/closet area. This is a stand alone home with a private entrance. Geronimo Bunkhouse

Step back into history, to the time of Geronimo and the Wild West. This original bunkhouse has been lovingly restored by a local artist . Geronimo had his last meal as a free man in the Cienega Ranch bunkhouse. The Cienega Ranch was homesteaded by our great great grandfather Augustus Chenowth. Experience the working ranch and the flavor of days gone by. Explore the family graveyard where Uncle Bob's arm is buried along with family and assorted outlaws.
