2-room suite only 2 miles from downtown Durango.

The large guest suite is located 2 miles from historic downtown Durango in the foothills of Perins Peak. The 10-acre property is adjacent to the Overend Mountain Park, with direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails, and features numerous sitting areas, gardens and vistas. Visitors enjoy the peace and serenity of the guest suite as a perfect paring with enjoying Durango’s adventures and activities.
