Three cruiser bikes with helmets and locks are available for free and access to the Animas River Trail is available through a private gate behind the apartment. It's a fun 10-15-minute ride to downtown.

A cute cabin with an ideal location. It is easy to find, and it is just off the county road with plenty of parking space. Vallecito Lake is directly across the street as well as the boat marina where you can rent a pontoon, kayak, paddle board, and more. The front porch offers beautiful views of the mountain and lake, and you can also enjoy the lakeside view from the dining table. Durango is about 25 minutes from Durango during the summer and about 35 to 40 min during the winter.
