The space is incredibly comfortable and has all the modern amenities you’d expect from a luxury vacation rental. Guests will appreciate the COLD AC for the Austin Summer, central heating, a standard flushing toilet, stocked kitchen, reverse osmosis filtered water on tap, and much, much more. The outdoor space has a Hot Tub, BRAND NEW Stock Tank Pool, mood lighting, and all around good vibes!

We loved the view so much, we bought the condo! After owning on The Island for seven years, we finally made the condo ours with a full renovation/redecoration. Now, our amazing third story view of Lake Travis within the luxurious 'Island at Lake Travis' is even nicer! You can enjoy the view of the lake with one of the three beautiful pools in the foreground and undeveloped Pace Bend Park in the background. Or, enjoy the Mediterranean style condominium complex located on the private island.
