Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). Its beautiful country life so come enjoy it with us! It is duckweed season! Duckweed is a harmless (annoying) green plant that thrives in still water like our cove. It floats on top of the water and is a nuisance. Please see photos for reference during this season.

The Cypress House~Ranch-Style with a View

The Cypress House in rural Sycamore is a Ranch Style home laid out with Family and Fellowship in mind. Mr. Brown's Father built this spacious home in 1999 with cypress trees felled and split on his Farm. And I’ve saved the best for last, make sure you bring your swimsuit- our pool is open for you to use as well!!

Enjoy swimming off the dock, grilling out, and stellar sunsets over Lake Blackshear. Property may not be the best suited for those with mobility impairment as it is multi-level.
