Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are three different areas to rest, do puzzles and watch TV in front of a gas fireplace . Then, a large screen porch to watch the amazing sunsets! Two inside baths and 1 outside bath. A small opened porch and a large outdoor deck. There is a cook shed with grill and outdoor fire pit. Then, best of all, a boat house with two electric boat lifts and an opened deck and sheltered deck. Sunflower Cottage is calling your name!

Right on the main body of Lake Blackshear in Cordele GA, it has a spacious dock & large gathering spaces. There is a main house (Sunset Haven at Lake Blackshear) & a guest house (Backyard Cottage at the Lake). This listing is for a combo of main & guest houses. Approximately 10 miles off I-75 & 7 minutes by car to Georgia Veteran’s State Park.

Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). Its beautiful country life so come enjoy it with us! It is duckweed season! Duckweed is a harmless (annoying) green plant that thrives in still water like our cove. It floats on top of the water and is a nuisance. Please see photos for reference during this season.

The Cypress House~Ranch-Style with a View

The Cypress House in rural Sycamore is a Ranch Style home laid out with Family and Fellowship in mind. Mr. Brown's Father built this spacious home in 1999 with cypress trees felled and split on his Farm. Furnished in 20th Century Classic Country style, it includes antiques used in everyday living plus modern amenities. Adding to its Charm are a Den fireplace, 2 porches with rocking chairs, 2 ponds, and a powered Gazebo. Located on 10 acres next to a 50 acre farm field. Access-Private Drive.

PLEASE BE INFORMED - NO PETS ALLOWED. Come and enjoy a stay by the Flint River. We have many amenities you’ll enjoy - bring your fishing poles, boats, kayaks and enjoy a day on the river! Also, you may want a night by a fire or to grill a nice meal - we have those options too! And I’ve saved the best for last, make sure you bring your swimsuit- our pool is open for you to use as well!!

Landmark Lodge

One-of-a-kind views of Lake Blackshear. Over the water, roomy, family-friendly lake house. Located just a few miles from the Georgia Veterans State Park. Enjoy swimming off the dock, grilling out, and stellar sunsets over Lake Blackshear. Property may not be the best suited for those with mobility impairment as it is multi-level.

Casa Verde: Cheerful 3 BR home, Kid Friendly

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home! This 3 bedroom two bath house has newly renovated bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated office space, quaint sitting area to read or play card games, and several items that also make it family friendly!
