The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

Jodi was always very responsive. We ended up having to do a late check in, and Jodi was very responsive. I was grateful that he allowed us to bring our dog to his home. The backyard is simply amazing. If you can, let him know in advanced the time of your check in and tell him about your A/C temperature preference, as the control is in his home. Even when we checked in late, he was attentive and accommodating in regards to this too.

Very responsive host . We arrived a little earlier than expected. I messaged Jean to see if we could check in early and within 5 min she responded and said we could . That was a big help . AC worked great , internet very strong . It’s in a great location and easy to access . We had 6people . More than comfortable with the 4 bedrooms . I would def stay again . Thanks Jean

I stayed here w 2 teenage girls and my mom,and it was good for the 4 of us. Everyone had their own space and the 2 bathrooms made getting ready easy. The kitchen was clean and we cooked many meals to save $. The pool was usually empty, which made it relaxing. The building felt safe even going to take out trash and laundry was safe and easily accessible. The door lock was a little loose but it still secured. We would rent again if back in Orlando !!

Cami’s place was absolutely perfect!! Tastefully decorated, it felt like home. Loved the balcony with the water view for enjoying my coffee in the mornings. Very close to many restaurants, shopping, and Disney parks. Cami is so sweet and very responsive when we had questions. Would most DEFINITELY stay here again!!! We all loved it! Thank you, Cami, for such wonderful accommodations and hospitality!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay, were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Omar was beyond proactive, reassuring us that everything was safe and ready for our arrival just after hurricane Milton. We had a blast, the villa is ideally located 5 min ride from universal and under 20minutes from magic kingdom. The outside of the villa is very nice, lovely view on the lake. Definitely recommend ☺️

Our stay was amazing. Our kids loved it. Natasha was very responsive. If we could’ve stayed longer we would’ve. We plan to be back next year

Visited Timothy’s place with my family. Place was well above what we expected. Nice quiet location and very spacious home. Our trip was anything but normal with Hurricane Milton arriving mid week. Timothy called and sent numerous messages checking on us. He is a super host. He went above and beyond even making sure we was taken care of and checked in on us when we arrived back home. Don’t hesitate to book with him or this property.

Absolutely magical! This was my second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It truly feels like a week at Hogwarts. Alex and Sofi were always responsive and helpful hosts. Would return again in the future.

Overall, this was a great and convenient place for where we were visiting. It was exactly as advertised and very clean.

This home was great! Lots of beds, large rooms, big pool, clean house, plenty of bathrooms and all basic things you’d need to stay. Some noticeable wear on walls but totally functional and pleasant. Our Family of 7 had a fantastic time and we would stay again. The neighborhood pools/resorts were very fun! A little pricy on drinks and food but decent portions and visiting them made for a great resting at home day while still having fun between theme parks. Bryan was very responsive and helpful with any issues.

5 stars - 10/10 Excellent location. So close to everything. Busy surrounding roads but we only ever waited one light cycle at nearby crossroads, which is what causes the traffic. A bit of TLC needed. Scuff marks on walls etc but absolutely nothing that will change the quality of your stay / vacation. Great Pool, a few cracks etc but this doesn’t impact the stay at all. Everyone has a solid wood fence around their pools. Therefore not overlooked and good privacy when swimming. The photos don’t do the villa justice. It’s much better. TV’s are all modern flat screens with streaming capabilities. Bedrooms have curtains - not just blinds as shown in the photos. Appliances are immaculate and fully functioning. We had no issues with ants. No issues with cleanliness. It was a peaceful neighbourhood. We would be more than happy to stay here again, and hope we will. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay and the home was plenty of space for our family of 14! The host was quick to respond and have any issues resolved.

We were in town for a cheer competition and wanted a nice, convenient location to the convention center so we booked Daniel’s place. The condo was just as Daniel described it! It was big enough for the 5 of us to move around and feel comfortable all week. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was very clean and comfortable. The master bathroom is gigantic and perfect for two teen cheerleaders to get ready. We enjoyed the balcony as well and loved that it was screened in. The only negative is that there is no elevator to the third floor, so carrying luggage and groceries was a workout! We also enjoyed time down at the beach by the lake and pool, sipping our Pina Coladas and reading our books. Overall, a great place to stay! We will definitely look into staying at Daniel’s place again!

Our stay was very refreshing and just what we needed to escape the cold weather here in Michigan. Shane made everything very easy with clear instructions and everything that we needed. He made us feel right at home, He was always responsive in a quick manner when we had questions. Will definitely revisit his condo and will share recommendations.

Adir's place was fantastic. There were many personal touches that made it feel more cozy, which I've found in Orlando can be a struggle. I loved how there were cozy blankets, bathrobes, and a few treats when we arrived. The location is awesome. Very close to anything you could need, Disney, Universal, and the airport. Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Dunkin, Chick-Fil-A, Walgreens, and many more places are all within walking distance. I loved how peaceful the condo and location felt, despite being surrounded by everything. The view was beautiful to wake up to and my kids enjoyed playing in the pool. We would definitely recommend and be happy to stay again!

Our stay here in Davenport was excellent. The resort and condo had everything we wanted and needed. The weather was great. The location was perfect. It took us 50 minutes to get to Universal and a hour and a half to get to Saint Petes Beach. The food and the drinks were excellent as well. We had 2 18-year-old boys with us and they were now bored. Hope to be back again soon.

It was a good stay overall, I just wished that the host would’ve put on the website rules about the " No reverse" parking because, some people like myself after traveling that long and being tired won’t always notice a sign of no reverse parking randomly placed. The host did have a book of rules where the No reverse parking was stated but it’s buried in all the other information and who wants to read that they’re first day after all the traveling. I recommend highlighting that important part since it cost me 125$ plus the time it took to do everything else to get my vehicle back. I was pretty disappointed of seeing my car being towed when I was sure that my license plate could be seen as required and I followed the other rules. Besides that my overall experience was good. The place was clean and mostly quiet. Thank you for the stay and be blessed.
