Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. The Durango/Silverton railroad, the Silverton mining museum, riding or hiking trails and backcountry skiing!

Enjoy our heated, inviting, pet-friendly cabins, which offer access to the salt-water spa, firepit, and grill, all within walking distance to downtown Ouray. Please note: Cabins do not have running water or private bathrooms. Drinking water is available in our heated restroom and shower facilities, located just a short walk from the cabins and maintained regularly throughout the day. Pets are permitted with prior approval, as well as an additional deposit and nightly fees.

Nestled against the majestic San Juan Mountains, this beautiful retreat within walking distance to the heart of Ouray provides an escape with the convenience of access, yet the comfort of solitude. The main level of the 2 story townhouse has a living room with gas fireplace, TV, WiFi, dining room, kitchen, a half bath and a laundry room. Upstairs has three bedrooms and one full bath. This is for the south unit, not the unit above the garage which has long term residents.

Great cabin with 1 queen bed, kitchenette and private bath. Can add 1 full size bed for $20 with advance notice. 2 night min. stay for holiday weekends. Bedding, towels, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator and basic kitchenware provided. Pond and river view. Our new wifi has been reliable. Pet fees are $15 per pet per night to be paid on arrival, no pets on furniture, must be leashed, picked up after and not left unattended in cabins unless crated.

This listing is for the entire second and third story which is a guest suite and has a full kitchen, living and sun room, along with two bed rooms. Backcountry Basecamp 1

The cabin is located in Lake City directly across from the visitor center, movie theater, and post office. It was built in 2019. The cabin is 420 sq ft and includes a bathroom with large shower, a kitchen, a laundry room, two private decks, private little yard with fire pit, and parking. It is a studio type set up. It is attached but separate to a larger 1900 sq ft cabin that is also for rent.
