Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

This was my first Airbnb experience. Kyle was very responsive and when we needed batteries for a remote, Kyle had them delivered so my daughter would be able to watch tv in her room. Very clean, and loved the private pool!

We had a great stay at Carlos’ place. It was very clean and looked even better than the photos. Very close to shopping areas and lots of restaurants nearby. Our family enjoyed staying here and we will be back if we’re in the area again.

This home was clean and conveniently located near a ton of things to do, paces to eat, and a short drive to Disney.

Nicholas was a super responsive communicative and friendly host. He was able to accommodate an early arrival with no problem and met us upon arrival to review the workings of the house. He lives next door and was able to respond immediately to any questions. The interior of the house is beautiful and looks to have been very recently completely remodeled and renovated and furnished. The pool was a great amenity and very refreshing after a day in the heat and humidity. Appliances and televisions were new and furnishings stylish and up to date. We hope to stay at his home again next year. Nicholas is a super friendly guy and was a pleasure to encounter.

This place was very cute and charming. Megan communicated very proactively and was very kind. I slept in the bedroom with the TV and the bed was extremely comfortable. There are restaurants and a bar within walking distance (the bar was LGBTQ+ friendly, too, which was a plus for me). It was easy to get inside and comfortable to spend time in. The one note I will make is when you first walk in the pet smell is a bit overpowering, but the place is clearly very clean. I did get used to it very quickly and stopped noticing, but something to consider if you're sensitive to smells. I didn't get to bring my pup here, but it would be a perfect spot for traveling with a cat or dog!

The home was absolutely beautiful and spotless! What my son loved most was the slide in the room—he played on it all day and night. The game room was also amazing and kept everyone entertained. We really enjoyed the pool and the chance to relax and enjoy quality time as a family. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely be booking again—just for that awesome slide!

Home space was excellent. Looked just like the pictures in the description. Stores & restaurants close by. Overall great, will be using host again.

This house was perfectly located close to Disney and other attractions. Checking in was easy and communication was great. The pool was excellent. My daughter almost preferred to leave Disney early to go back to the house and get in the pool. The home was very private, quiet, and peaceful. Plenty of room for large families!! We will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a great long weekend stay. We had an issue with the upstairs air conditioner and they quickly responded. Come to find out it was so hot in the bedrooms because the vents were closed. Easy fix! The kids loved the themed rooms and the pool. The property feels very secure and checking in and out were super easy. I would recommend this property to any family with kids.

We stayed Christmas week and had my in laws come over. This house is perfect for families. We enjoyed the heated pool(extra fee), the comfy beds, the game room, the extra blankets, and the tvs that were in every room. We were left some laundry detergent and I was so glad to be able to do laundry and not have to bring dirty clothes home with us. All in all, we had a very great stay. I loved that there is a Walmart literally right down the road. Super convenient for our last minute needs. We will definitely look if this place is available when we come back.

Great location for both lake Sumter and Spanish springs square. Recreation center with pool was basically across the street. Beautiful golf courses. Host was very helpful. And constant communication

Adrian was a fantastic host—very attentive and communicative throughout our stay. The property was perfect for us and our dogs, who absolutely loved every moment. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and hope to return again soon. Highly recommend!

Our son, Joshua, is on staff at YWAM Orlando. We came to spend Easter with him. Due to YWAM hospitality not having availability, we began searching for an Airbnb nearby. Joshua stated that Grace's parents had an Airbnb right next door to Grace and Eric's home. He saw that it was available, and I booked it. I believe that it was the hand of God that pointed us there. It was perfect for us to be able to spend quality time with Joshua. Our daughter Erin, Joshua's sister, passed away January 21, 2024. Because of this, we cherish time spent with our son. It was close to YWAM and Joshua's church. The neighborhood was quiet, and the accommodations were wonderful for us. Thank you and God Bless!

This lovely home was exactly as described. Located near the end of a gated street, but within 20 minutes of many restaurants. It also had the best selection of kitchen supplies and the nicest washer & dryer I’ve ever seen in a rental. Sue was a pleasure to work with!! We hope to return next year.

it was nice, quiet and relaxing even when the grandkids set off the alarm on accident, I text to apologize and he said no problem. it was refreshing to find someone who understands stuff happens. good times. would definitely stay again.
