We fell in love with Granby last year and knew we wanted a ski in/out house instead of a condo this year and this house was perfect! It was just a family of 4 so we didn’t utilize the down stairs but will consider here in the future with friends and their kiddos! Easy access to lift, then take home again down the mountain right back to the road! Super easy.

Great stay! Very clean place with lots of room. Hot tub was great and the short walk across the street to access the ski slope was easy for our family with 3 toddlers.

Great hosts, very responsive. Previous guest had taken the keycard needed for the pool and clubhouse, but the host called the HOA immediately to make get a new one made for us and make sure we could still have access in the meantime. Once it was ready, the host hand delivered it to our front door and left it for us. They were proactive in checking in with us to make sure there was nothing else we needed and communicated well throughout our stay. Nice to have not only access to a washer dryer but also be supplied with laundry supplies in case we needed to do a load. Kitchen was complete with all we needed to cook. Clubhouse has all supplies needed to participate in any activities (ex: floaties and toys for the pool, racquets and balls for tennis/pickleball/racketball, basketballs, etc). Would recommend and stay again!

This was a lovely, comfortable home. My lil grandson referred to it as his Mountain Cabin and didn't want to leave. The views were great. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. There were plenty of TV's, internet access and a great game room downstairs. We enjoyed the winter ski time and would love to go back in the summer. We highly recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay.

Can’t wait to return next year with the family! Perfect accommodations for kids! Lots of toys and activities for all ages. Two levels - which offered a lot of privacy. We especially loved how the home was right next to the ski slopes! Very easy access for ski-in/ski-out! Bradley was the perfect host- great communication. He checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home at Granby Ranch!

We absolutely loved this place! In great location, with it being very quiet and close to everything. Perfect amount of space inside and outside on the deck for 4 of us! Host was very quick to text us back with questions and was super nice about it. Definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views and well-appointed house. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Whether we were relaxing in the hot tub, sitting by the fireplace, or skiing the nearby trails, every moment was perfect. We loved the space. It is convenient to shopping and multiple ski resorts. The unit is clean and well appointed. Cory and D were great hosts and took good care of us during our stay.

Very roomy, clean, comfortable beds & bedding. Kitchen had an all the necessities plus some, including Keurig and Nespresso machines! Towel warmers in bathrooms were great. Boot and glove dryers off porch were nice. We had 8 people there, had plenty of hot water for showers. We had a hard time getting our own Netflix, etc loaded up on tvs. I don’t consider this ski in/ski out as advertised. But mountain base is a short distance away. We drove back and forth. Over all we had a wonderful experience, would definitely recommend this property.

We came for Bigfoot Days with our friends (4 adults and 4 kids) and had a wonderful stay. The location is unbeatable just up the hill from the festival and across from the open space with walking trails. The cabin was cozy, has great natural light, and the amenities were as advertised. We enjoyed our week here spending time with family and enjoying all the local amenities. The house was very clean and spacious. Holly was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Our favorite part was the location of this house. It was in the heart of downtown and easy to walk to get breakfast in the morning or get a nice sweet treat at night. We will definitely have to stay here again in the future and recommend this place to anyone considering staying in Georgetown!

This house is the perfect place for my girlfriends and I to gather for a restful and rejuvenating weekend. The open floor plan is perfect for relaxing with gorgeous views of the mountains. The kitchen has the right amount of counter space and storage for cooking our meals.

Dale’s place is great! Very convenient to the shuttle. House was also great, good layout, amenities, many beds, and very well stocked kitchen.

Stayed at Scott’s place with some friends over a long weekend and it was a truly amazing experience. The home is beautiful and unique, situated with gorgeous views and privacy despite being not far from your friendly neighbors on the mountain. The amenities were top notch, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub, entertainment system, solarium, and professional grade kitchen. The outhouse was small (basically just a room with a bed and a sink), but it fit two of our friends nicely and was well heated. Overall, I’d certainly recommend this stay to anyone looking to ski Eldora, enjoy Blackhawk’s casinos, or even just enjoy a quiet weekend away. We had everything we needed for a quick spring break trip in the snow! This home has more room than I imagined and great set up for the varying ages of the boys. The town of Nederland offered some eclectic spots and the local mountain Eldora was perfect size for a great couple of days of skiing and snowboarding. Then home to cook in the large kitchen, a little sledding, and relax in the hot tub. We would definitely return!

This is the CUTEST little house 50 min from Denver. It’s also 2 blocks from cute antique shops! The heated floors are the stuff that dreams are made of and we also found a new antique to admire every time we looked in a shelf. Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful time staying at Paul's home! The location was PERFECT and Paul was extremely responsive whenever we had a question about the property! We can't wait to stay again in the future!

Annelies's place was AMAZING! She has been one of the best hosts we have had and included everything you could ask for during your stay- even things we didn't think we needed until we were there! We had 8 family members staying for Christmas and there was plenty of room, blankets, seating, etc. for everyone to gather, eat and play games. It is just up the road from a grocery store so we were able to stock up and it was so close to town that we had our pick of great restaurants and things to do. It's only a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park with it's beauty and fabulous hikes. Even in the winter! Annalies was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. There were so many helpful suggestions about the area and very clear directions about the house itself. We felt so welcomed and at home. Everyone agreed it was one of our favorite Christmas gatherings. Thank you Annalies!

Great stay for some late season skiing!. Perfect for 2 Families with with kids to enjoy time together and the mountains

Great stay! Clean and well-equipped, incl. consumables like Dove shower products, condiments/spices, laundry soap, etc. Amenities (fireplace, hot tub w/unobstructed view) both SO nice after days cross-country skiing. Having a garage such a treat on cold mornings. Almost 100% as pictured - note the white towel robes are no longer provided in case you want to pack one! - otherwise very accurate. Lots of blankets, linens, pillow choices for sleeping, so bed was comfortable & customizable. 2nd BR/BA across the house from primary; nice for privacy if a group. Outstanding host - one of the best we've stayed with. We almost needed to extend by one night last-minute due to winter storms forecast (at home, ironically), for our departure day. Although we ultimately made it out on time, Sarah was SO communicative and would have rearranged the cleaners so we could stay until early the following morning. We love this area and hope to return again next year; would happily stay again!
