Location was easy to get to but close to all the fun things to do in the area.

Our stay was great !! Easy to access, Chris was responsive, friendly and the entire home was nice! Definitely recommend especially with the view of the lake!

We absolutely loved Tracy’s space! It was immaculate upon check-in. It had everything we needed to make meals at home. Tracy was very responsive and great to talk to. Her patio was our absolute favorite ❤️ we utilized it everyday in the mornings with coffee, and at night with a night cap. The breezes were great and the sounds of the water were serene. It was a very nice quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We felt right at home. We will most definitely be returning next year.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Fantastic views and ample patio space. The condo was clean and also smelled fabulous not overpowering. The color through out was calming and beach appropriate. Parking was also top notch as our vehicles were with covered parking with camera surveillance. I would absolutely recommend staying here any chance you have from a day to a few days. Thank you for your graciousness!!!!

Daniel and Sam were wonderful hosts, very thoughtful and continued to keep in touch to make sure that we had a wonderful vacation. They have a beautiful home that they graciously share and I honestly could not come up with anything that they had overlooked. We are very appreciative and would recommend them as host to anyone. A wonderful place on the lake! Great view, comfortable inside. I stayed here twice, for a month in the fall and 3 months in the Winter. I recommend it highly!

Perfect place for my group to stay for our friend’s wedding weekend. 5 bed/ 5.5 bath was incredibly convenient. The airbnb was spacious and fit us all comfortably. The outdoors was a wonderful space to tan, socialize, and kayak. Great security. Modern amenities throughout. Had everything we needed. Neighborhood was a little run down, but we felt safe and the neighbors we encountered on our morning walk were only friendly and welcoming. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Jeff's home is absolutely beautiful!! The deck overlooking the canal with high end outdoor furniture is the place to be. Time & attention was taken in creating this retreat. As a designer I was impressed! What's even better is how easy it is to work with Jeff! He is very kind, accommodating, and communicative. We had special needs (specifically for the elevator) and when he learned there was a problem with it prior to our arrival that day, he already had a repairman on the way and resolved it very quickly. It is obvious that Jeff cares about his guests!

Second time renting from this host. The house was spacious, clean, and such a nice place to relax! We enjoyed the dock access, and the spacious yard!

The place was absolutely gorgeous! It looked exactly like the photos and the host responded almost immediately every time we needed something! The only thing that stood out to us was the green fishing light is a bit finicky and only worked half the nights we were there. We still were able to catch some fish! Me and my family had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again!

We especially loved feeding the ducks, watching the boaters and fishermen on the lake, and enjoying the friendly conversations with the neighbors. However, the most priceless aspect of our stay was the unforgettable time spent with friends and family. Your home provided the perfect setting to create memories that we will cherish forever. This property absolutely deserves a 5-star rating, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to invest in a truly magical and memorable getaway!

It was a girls' weekend with my daughter, sisters, and mom! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply cozy and pleasant. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean, and organized. Thank you, Pete, for having such a welcoming place and for always responding quickly. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow! I would definitely stay at your place again.

The hot tub was amazing and the walk to the beach was easy. Everything was clean and we loved the ample towels. We had trouble with the unresponsive fire stick remote and I'm sure it will be replaced soon. Walter seems to really care about the property. Nice stay!

This was a breath of fresh air. After being in the desert working for the past 5 months it was nice to get back to familiar surroundings. I enjoyed catching nice Blue catfish from the dock , kayaking and visiting the local restaurants. I was also happy to bring my family to the condo as well. We had a blast at Margaritaville and a great time renting a pontoon boat were we pulled the kids around the lake. If you have never visited Lake Conroe TX then this is the place. 100% recommend!! This was a long term stay for work, but it also served as a great vacation place as well.
