Experiencia 1000/10 el lugar es lindisimo, es como estar en casa como un clima fresco . Don Adán es súper amable, respetuoso y colaborador. Recomiendo mucho este lugar si quieres desconectarte y estar en paz ❤️

Absolutely beautiful grounds and very clean. Rosa and Felipe were wonderful! Only note the drive way is very steep downwards, like in many places in Lago Coatepeque. Overall, it was great!

We LOVED staying at Fabio’s place. Fabio and Marvin were so friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful. They gave us great recommendations while we were there. The house has the most amazing views and is just up the hill (we walked easily both ways) from restaurants and the beach. The pool is gorgeous and we had so much fun swimming and hanging out at night. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great time at Eduardo's place, despite some initial bumps in the road. We did not get any instructions on how to check-in or find the place. Turns out that Google Maps is wrong. You simply have to keep an eye out for the street number (which follow no logical order), and the sign "Casa Icaco" on the outside fence. There is no check-in procedure, except that Maura or Jose (the BEST actual hosts who live on the property) meet you and show you around. But you better know how to speak Spanish well. And unfortunately, because of poor timing, Eduardo was not available for the entire day of checkin. Despite this, we had a wonderful time. Expect to drive to restaurants, etc. However, Maura is a great cook and a lovely host, and if you ask nicely, she can make a killer breakfast and even lunch. I would love to come back.

Place was amazing with beautiful views over the lake ! I’ve stayed at a few houses at coatepeque but nothing compares to this house and price !! Recommend !

The place is beautiful, especially if you are traveling with adults only. For the kids, you must watch them all the time because there are many stairs. (I think a lot of places are like that over here.) The host was very responsive and helpful and the girl who watches the place was very pleasant to deal with. The view is stunning and overall with enjoyed our stay.

Nos hospedamos con mi familia en durante Semana Santa y la experiencia fue excelente, Andrea, la anfitriona, fue súper amable desde el principio y siempre estuvo dispuesta a resolver todas nuestras dudas. Don Jorge, el administrador de la propiedad, es muy servicial, atento y siempre con la mejor disposición para ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. La casa es bonita, pero sin duda lo que nos cautivó fue la vista al lago, parece sacada de una postal, el ambiente es perfecto para desconectarse y disfrutar.

casa de campo la perla fue un hermoso lugar para descansar durante las vacaciones, lugar privado, bastante fresco a pesar de estar cerca de la costa, el lugar estaba muy limpio con habitaciones muy cómodas, si llegas en auto sedan solo ten un poco de precaución ya que el último tramo es de calle empedrada, mi familia se la paso muy bien e incluso nuestra mascota pudo andar libre por las instalaciones, el río que pasa detrás de la casa era limpio y se podía bañar en el, aunque las lluvias puede que cambien eso dependiendo del clima. don Juan fue muy atento con nosotros y nos ayudó con cada una de nuestras dudas e incluso nos fue a comprar pan para el café de la tarde. desde ya estamos planeando cuando volver lugar 10/10

This location is beautiful. Its almost hidden which is good bc we wanted it to be private. It is really close to restaurants and the lake. The place is open, well furnished and clean with a beautiful view of the lake. The backyard has a small pool that is clean. Overall we had a wonderful time and the hosts were attentive! We would recommend

The place is beautiful with amazing views and most importantly peaceful. The people there are extremely kind and dedicated to make the guest feel right at home. There were a few difficulties with some home appliances, but overall it was a wonderful experience. Hopefully it will be available for next year to go back.
