The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Le Coteau est un superbe appartement en résidence de 94 m2 avec un jardin d'hiver de 17 m2 et une terrasse de 106 m2 avec vue sur le lac et les alpes. Le lac à 10 minutes à pied pour les amateurs de baignades, la forêt à 3 minutes pour les randonneurs, le supermarché à 1 minute, l'arrêt de bus à moins d'une minute, la gare à 5 minutes et le centre-ville à 10. En bref, très bien situé.

Späte Checkins sind möglich nach Voranmeldung, kosten 20CHF Gebühr.

Gemütliches kleines Studio im Parterre mit eigenem Eingang. Die Unterkunft befindet sich 2,5 Kilometer ausserhalb vom Dorf in einer ländlichen Gegend mitten im Wander und Bikegebiet. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Ortsbus erreichbar der Bus fährt nur 5 mal pro Tag (8:00 - 17:00 Uhr) die Haltestelle befindet sich 100 Meter entfernt.

Wohnung in altem Bauernhaus in ruhiger Lage

Die gemütliche Wohnung "Vergissmeinnicht" befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines fast 200-jährigen Bauernhauses. Im Frühling 2016 renoviert mit komplett neuer Küche und Badezimmer, bietet sie genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Gegend.
