Solar generator and battery powered lanterns throughout the cabin for light at night. Pretty and modern outside bathroom (outhouse) located steps from cabin.

On Sandy Pond,420 Friendly, No Cleaning Fee

Fantastic A-Frame on Sandy Pond, an inlet with direct access to Lake Ontario. Although not waterfront, The Groove A Frame sits a stone's throw from the shore of Sandy Pond and a deeded boat launch. Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

Hideaway on the bay

Updated cabin with 100 feet of waterfront. There is Excellent swimming along with a dock, shared kayaks, and shared kids play set. Perfect family getaway. Great for fisherman, ice fishing, or a peaceful couples get away. The cabin is on a shore well and the water is not drinkable. Guests will need to bring bottled water. Close to long point state park and prime fishing. I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.

Ammenities include an oversized sofa, extra large flat screen, gas fireplace, and beautiful kitchen. Please note, the owner Russell does reside in the lower unit from May-early January. Experience life on a tiny farm just outside the city! Stay in our charming and comfortable barn loft and wake up to the sounds of chickens, ducks, geese, pigs, goats and horses and our adorable Highland cows. Spend time watching or interacting with all the very friendly animals that surround the barn. You will meet all the animals as they all come up readily to anyone who visits the farm. Guests are welcome to participate in the morning feeding.
