We had a wonderful relaxing stay in the yome - loved looking at the stars at night and meeting the animals in the morning! Breakfast was incredible, thanks for opening your farm to us!

My husband and I were scrambling to find a place to stay for some last minute plans in the area and I am so glad I happened to come across Paula and John's place. If you are thinking of booking. just go ahead and do it. The property is really amazing and full of things to do. The yurt is so cool! Comfy bed and all the needed amenities. The (detached) bathroom even has real plumbing! Paula and John are both extremely friendly and are there on the property to help with whatever you may need. We had a great stay and really enjoyed kayaking on the canal in the mornings. We can't wait to come back!

This is a really beautiful spot and a great atmosphere to kick back, slow down and relax. The yurt and kitchen both have a cozy, artsy feel that is very welcoming. The deck behind the yurt is a wonderful spot to have a morning coffee and watch the birds over the water. If your stay is in the summer, definitely take a dip in the river by the falls. Karen and Kevin were great hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them. We explored the rail trails nearby on our bikes, and there's lots of great hiking in the area too.

The Yurt was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet cozy space to spend a couple nights. We managed to get out to do a short hike, then when it started raining we just spent the day reading. Alysia was a great host, quick to respond when we had questions. The space was clean, and thoughtfully set up to make our stay comfortable. We really appreciated the peaceful setting and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This was SO MUCH FUN! All of the staff on the farm are beyond friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to! The morning chores you have the opportunity to do are one a kind and so fun! The animals are absolutely adorable and so friendly! If you are an animal lover this is the place for you!

We spent a lovely weekend at the yurt. My young boys loved the cozy wood stove and going in the hot tub. It’s very private. Ellen was helpful too. Overall highly recommend.

The stay with Ian was a great 2-day experience. A fantastic place to stay, if you’re comfortable with the curveballs that nature can throw you (chilly walks from the outdoor shower, inquisitive skunks, etc). Place was super clean, and was as described on the listing. Would visit again!

Our stay was so relaxing and peaceful. Judy was a great host and staying in a Yurt was a wonderful experience. It was so refreshing to unplug and live off grid for awhile. Kitchen and bathroom were better than you can expect for being outdoors. Definitely will go back, highly recommend such a jem. Thanks to our host Judy, for all you did for us, and for the fresh veggies and flowers on our table.

We had an amazing fall getaway. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an adventurous (but very peaceful) getaway. Beautiful trails to explore. Very nice out door fire pit and well organized outdoor kitchen. Our kids had a blast.

Guy was a great host, was able to accommodate us on a late check in and personally showed us around the AirBnb! The space was cozy, clean and quiet, and the stream running along the property, nestled away from the main road adds to the ambiance. A peaceful place to get away from the busyness of life. Would not hesitate to come back and have more time to check out the farm on the property, run by Guy himself!

The yurt experience was very cozy and peaceful. Unfortunately, the day we arrived was pouring rain, but we managed to use the BBQ for our dinner which was an excellent grill! Wish we could have started a fire at the fire pit, as Jennifer leaves marshmallows and all you need to enjoy a fire. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting in yurt was great, lots of lamps and candles to make it bright or moody. We took advantage of the games basket and played some games while listening to music on the record player. We were also able to get out to Stones Throw the next day for some disc golf, only 10 min up the road. Overall, my partner had an awesome time celebrating his birthday in the yurt and I can’t thank our hosts enough for all the special little touches that made our stay so great!

Thank you so much Ace for hosting us in your beautiful Mongolian yurt in your farm house premises. It was a once in a lifetime unique experience away from the hustle bustle city. We enjoyed every minute dawn to sunset. Ace was super friendly and proactively supporting to settle down and his family was also very kind and helpful. He has meticulously designed all amenities and carefully arranged everything needed for a comfortable stay! Can’t wait to visit this place again! We were able to use the BBQ grill and took a stroll in the beautiful surroundings woods. We couldn’t have been to a better place than this for our mini anniversary get away! The most peaceful place I’ve ever stayed in 2025! Cheers to you Ace and wish you good luck with building your dream property!!
