Great spot. It’s small, but perfect for a single person or couple. Location is convenient. Great pool out back and lovely views over the water.

Great place to stay , very peaceful and quiet. Wasn’t too far from restaurants and or grocery stores. The home was very clean and cozy! Would most definitely stay again! Host was very friendly , responsive , and nice!

Nice place for two people. This is the place if you like fishing out your back door. Bed was comfortable. Nice big shower. Hope to stay again

Our stay was outstanding. Kenny did a great job communicating with us and the unit was just like advertised. The gulf sunsets with a wide-open beach were incredible. Great restaurants nearby and the security staff at the gate were very welcoming and cordial. We would certainly stay here again. The unit was very clean and well equipped. It is a dated condo but everything was to our liking. You will love staying here.

Not our first time to Mexico Beach…this was ideal location for beach and who we were there to see. Nice, clean, great water view. Walkable to new brewery, Mango Marley’s, and local coffee shop.

I only had problems with the hot plate provided, host was repsonsive and bought what was needed the next day. Great place.

The accommodations were impeccable and describes exactly as the description provided on the site. Tranquil and peaceful surroundings and on lake Seminole, which made the scenery more beautiful April is an excellent hostess and extremely fast in resolving any issue or answering my texts. I would definitely come back another time. If I’m in the area I would recommend this property to anyone.

Had a wonderful new years in panacea. Trident, the restaurant within walking distance, put in an amazing fireworks display. They also have AMAZING food. The house was just as described. Well stocked and peaceful. There is currently construction next door but we were always out doing something so it never bothered us. Can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay. Clean, quiet, comfy beds, basically perfect. I had to some work and the WiFi was great. I would 100% stay again. John had great recommendations and was super responsive. He even let us stay a little later on check out day. If you’re looking for a place in the Wakulla area this one is PERFECT!

This was the perfect location for us. We had our wedding at Shell point Beach. The house was absolutely beautiful. We had guest from New York. The house had the perfect amount of space for everyone. The view from both decks was outstanding. At this time of the year we were able to see both the sunrise and the sunset.

This was a great property! The owner allowed us to do a small family gathering since we have a lot of military members who haven’t been together in a while. They provided everything for us and my family felt right at home. Everyone complimented the property location and the peaceful atmosphere. I would recommend this home!!!

The home was absolutely beautiful and the view was even better! Joni and her husband Corey were very friendly and responsive, and gave us a personal tour of the property upon our arrival. They had kayaks for our group to use on the river and left plent of fire wood for us to enjoy the firepit. Thank you so much for the awesome stay!

Super relaxing spring break! We loved the condo, loved the huge backyard. Condo had everything we needed, dishes/towels/cleaning supplies/pool toys, goggles, board games.. very welcoming feel. Went fishing most of our trip, and went to fill out the guest books d a friend showed up, after we left, we realized we never finished our journaling! We’ll fix that on the next trip. Definitely staying again!

We had a great time! The location was perfect! Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get there quick! The property was clean and beautiful and the view was priceless! Oh, and the beds, COMFY!

The location couldn't have been better, we had a perfect view of the beach and less than one minute walk before our toes were in the sand. (it's just across the street from the ocean) The condo had everything we needed, and made cooking meals easy. There were 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-16), and we all felt comfortable and like we had our own space. Don't worry about bringing any beach toys or gear. There's an entire walk in closet with everything you could ever want for the beach. We will definitely be back for our next beach trip!

"We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb place! The place was cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. Kelly was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The only minor issues: The bathroom toilet wasn't clean, and the dish washer wasn't clean, but it didn't affect our overall experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

probably the cleanest Airbnb we've been to.. but no open restaurants in area... if I have any suggestions it would be to replace sofa with something more comfortable
