Amazing view of Lake Superior and everything we needed right there.

This was our 2nd time staying. We love the stay. Beautiful surroundings, close to hiking areas, and the cabin feels right at home.

We loved our stay here! Just a quick walk over to the base of Big Powderhorn, and very comfortable.

Four good friends had an absolutely fabulous time at Viewpoint. We loved just looking out at the lake, each day was different - grey and windy, beautiful sunshine and calm and a bit in between. All magical. We had fun cooking together in the very well appointed kitchen and had great fires each night. We thought we might be snowshoeing - but no snow changed our plans - hiked at Tettegouche, walked the bike trail conveniently right across the road!! Enjoyed a wonderful sauna at Sisu + Loyly in Grand Marais - highly recommend! All in all a wonderful mini retreat. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Absolutely amazing. Best stocked air bnb I’ve ever been too. Right on the top Of the mountain. Core memories were made here. We are coming back again

The location was perfect for our fishing trip. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Good food at the nearby Hungry Trout bar and at the Kro Bar in Brule.

Great host and location for a quick family stay. We really enjoyed the sheep and our interactions with bandit. House was great for us.

My group has been cross-country skiing at ABR for more than 20 years. We like to rent a house on the trails. This was our first time at Saari House. The second week in March was late in the season for skiing, but we skied in the mornings and snowshoed in the afternoons. Being right off the Blueberry Bluffs trails was nice. The house is charming, with lots of natural light. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room table that seats 6. There is just one bathroom but that was fine for our group of four women. One bedroom is on the main floor, off the cozy living room. The second floor has the second bedroom, plus an extra room with a pull-out couch. It was nice to have plenty of large towels, and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. There is a small wooden deck around the front of the house. You enter through a mud room with plenty of room to store your boots and hang clothes. We look forward to a visit here next winter!

I have so many positive things to say about this home. Barbara is a fantastic host, her son is helpful and friendly. The home, pond, gazebo and acreage are amazing. Lots of trails just behind the cabin, connecting to state forest trails. This is our second time staying at Barbs place and will totally return in the future.

We were in the area for our daughter's wedding. The location was perfect for where the ceremony and reception were held. My whole family was able to stay together and have plenty of space and bathrooms to get ready for the day. We were just so thankful not to have to drive back into Hayward after two long days. Check-in and out were also amazing - super flexible with the time that helped us so much in planning our days. Thank you so much!

I stayed this past weekend for a funeral. And I’d come back! Granted, I’m from Kingsford so I know the area. But this place is a little jewel. They even had a fire pit, with pre cut wood. What a thoughtful amenity! The host was responsive/ property clean. Everything an Airbnb should be. Kudos! 🙌🏻👍🏻 All said, a couple of minor small observations. -Dust the dining room chairs, especially the rails. (I inspected hotel rooms for 20+ yrs.). ☺️🤷‍♂️ -That sliding door didn’t instill confidence. -An electronic lock with a code would be awesome. -T-mobile internet. ($55 per mth). Hot spot works, but it’s a pain. Great job and appreciate your warm hospitality! Best, -B

We had a lovely stay in a warm October weekend! The house is super clean and stays cozy even when it was chilly at night. The property is beautiful and it’s located a short drive from a great beach!

The Bunkhouse exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, relaxing, and clean. We enjoyed being right on the lake, walking in the woods, a warm campfire, and the sauna! The internet allowed us to stream a Lynx basketball game, the porch offered quiet reading space, and the pullout sofa afforded restful sleep. Our old dog loved the calm outdoors and “Back 40”. We can’t wait to come back!

Epic north shore property with so much to experience and enjoy. A true gem of a home - and hosts. Brought fresh togetherness to our family and friends as if you could dial it to 10!! Can wait to book again.

The cabin was very nice and cozy. It had all the amenities that you needed and it was a great place for a quick get away!

This cabin was GORGEOUS. My wife and I had an excellent few days, then got snowed in and Kevin helped us extend for a few more! If you are coming in the winter, expect more snow than is forecasted and 4WD/AWD will be very helpful. The restaurant down the hill is within walking distance, and was a great stop for us. We had a fantastic time!

Located on the Wolverine ski trails was awesome. Winter wonderland in a fantastic setting and was truly magical during snow storms. Our two dogs were equally impressed

Couldn't say enough good things.....quite honestly I don't want to leave a good review and encourage others to stay here as I want to keep this little 'hidden gem' hidden for future use! I would certainly stay again and it was such a comfortable, very hospitable, beautiful home.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! The place was clean, well-decorated, and in a fantastic location so close to ski. The owner was very kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was an issue with the hot water, which was a bit inconvenient. However, everything else about the stay was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the hospitality.

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing get away Brandi’s place is a perfect spot. The accommodation were clean and you could see and feel the personal touches. We will definitely be back!

White Tail Lodge exceeded our expectations! The house is huge, although the main floor living and kitchen area was where the 10 of us spent most of our time, there were plenty of places to take a little break from the group. The house and property has so many amenities, they're all in the listing but when you're there, it's like, wow! Super clean, and beautiful but not so fancy that you feel afraid to live in it - it feels homey, not ostentatious. Bedrooms are roomy and beds comfortable, and the closets are massive! The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking, and there are a good variety of spices but unlike some places there aren't other staple items like cooking oil so don't forget that! Stacy does a great job as a host, her communication is prompt and clear, there are clear written instructions in a binder at the property. She even left mixed nuts and truffles as weelcome gifts! All 10 of us loved White Tail Lodge, we're already booking for next year! :-)
