Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Welcome to this warm, brand new self contained cottage, placed in the front yard of our home for your pleasure. We are located in an old established part of town, but only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Te Anau and restaurants, and a 2 minute walk to the edge of the lake. Enjoy the quiet surroundings in your warm, light, roomy cottage, and we'll look forward to meeting you - but ensuring you have plenty of time on your own to rest and relax.

PLEASE NOTE_ Owing to staff holidays it is not possible to accept a check in on Christmas Day (25th December). You can depart on Christmas day or later if required. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a stroll to the shores of Lake Te Anau and a 90 minute drive to the world renowned Milford Sound, although you may wish to allow more time for photo opportunities!

Beautiful lake view of Manapouri from this comfortable and funky little house. Everything you need for a luxurious stay plus extras including push bikes, and an outdoor hot tub to sit in under the stars. The "Lake to Lake" bike trail is across the road from the house, and Fraser's beach is just a few minutes walk on a good path. Quiet and peaceful. No added cleaning fee.
