Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

The Treehouse Bungalow

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fireplace to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge on the king size bed in the primary bedroom. The bike trails, golf, and lakes are all around. Come visit NWA and be our guest!

Wake up to the water. This guest suite sits on Lake Ann, with a path down to a dock and lakeside deck — perfect for morning coffee, an evening swim, or just watching the light change on the water. Inside you'll find a new Hilton plush queen bed, a cozy living room with a Smart TV, and a kitchenette with a Nespresso machine so you can ease into the day. Past guests keep coming back for three things: the hospitality, the view, and the hundreds of miles of trails right outside the door.

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Our goal is for you to have a peaceful escape during your stay and we believe Pine Cone Cottage will live up to your expectations.
