Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

Just a very smooth process and easy check in and check out. The home is lovely and comfortable. Pool was very enjoyable for my 12 year old son and pretty grounds. The area has close supermarket to shop and accessible to 95. Neighborhood was quiet and offered privacy . Great home for family or couples . Not critical but I own a business and love feedback on maybe some improvements . I would add some nice pool floats for kids and maybe replace some outdoor seating. But again not being critical just offering a tip . Overall , my family loved it and felt at home !!

We had a great stay at this home. The pool was the hot spot for my kiddos to play in. I loved the view of the canal right from our window. The beach was about a 10 minute walk as well.

Amber was amazing as a host and the property was just as described. She was very responsive and open to our large group. We were a group of firefighters traveling to the area for a competition. She made this stress free for us so all we had to do was focus on what we were there for. One of the units was not quite finished with renovations but she made sure it was livable and up to the standard of the rest of the property. She checked in often and anything we needed was taken care of at the drop of the had. We will definitely be coming back year after year and can’t wait for future stays. If you have a large groups or multiple families this property is perfect!

We are new to renting Airbnb‘s… But this was a great experience. There were lots of extra supplies. This place is close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place to stay with a group of friends with plenty of things to do! We loved how spacious and unique the place was. We loved how close we were to the beach as well! Would def recommend this place 🤠

Fernando's place was exceptionally clean. This was my third airbnb during this trip as I was in the area for a family emergency and had to split my time there between three locations. Very quiet and provided a much-needed place just to relax for a bit. I will be coming back to LW and will hopefully be able to book again.

Cozy, clean, lots of amenities. Loved the outdoor porch and deck right on the canal. Comfy bed. 10 minute ride to downtown Delray! Lots of great restaurants, bars and shops in DelRay downtown. The cottage was so great that we wanted to buy it.

This was our 2nd stay at this location and once again, it worked out perfect for our needs. Can walk to the beach, has a screened porch where we store all the sandy gear and toys, and very comfortable.

Such a nice spot for a little get away. Everything was as described, host was super friendly responsive and accommodating. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for you to use. Beach is just a quick 2 min walk away, very relaxing. Many restaurants nearby and the pier is just a 10 min walk away. Such an affordable place if you are on a budget. Would stay again!

L’appartement est très bien situé sur la plage! Le lieu était propre, mais la porte patio avec la vue sur la plage était très sale ce qui rendait la visibilité moins agréable. C’est un vieil appartement alors il faut en être conscient lorsqu’on loue. Pompano beach est fantastique! Plage tranquille, resto à 2 pas, nous adorons y aller et l’emplacement de l’appart est plus que parfait! Dawn est un hôte facilitante! Nous y retournerons assurément!

My husband and I stayed at Ken’s place for our Wedding Anniversary. The condo was immaculate and looked exactly like the photos. It has everything you need to make you feel right at home. It’s in a very quiet area that was just a short walk to the beach. It’s also very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay. Ken was a very responsive host and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a squeaky clean peaceful beach getaway. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool and beach were awesome and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The view from the balcony was amazing! Everyone we met was very friendly. You could exchange towels and linens daily if you wanted. There was plenty of seating around the pool, but we found it helpful to put our towels out first thing in the morning to get choice seating. I would go back in a heartbeat if the room was updated a bit. The carpeting had multiple stains that are not shown in the photos and the balcony needs painting and cleaning. Bedding was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were clean. There was a lot of attention to detail in towel display, etc., offering a positive first impression. Sufficient trash bags and paper toweling were also thankfully provided to last the week. Deb was an outstanding host! She responded quickly to all of my questions.

I agree with all the other 5-star reviews (great location, neat apartment, clean community pool, etc.), so I'll just list a couple of specific compliments in this review. First, the Aloha condo complex is very intimate compared to the neighboring high rise condos. It contains about 20 cute little condos clustered around a recently rebuilt pool with sparkling clear water, somewhat reminiscent of Melrose Place. Brian's 1-BR unit is on the second (and top) floor so it has the best views of the ICW and of sunsets. There are plenty of community deck chairs and chaise lounges for you to relax mere steps from the water. Second, Brian's communications was outstanding both leading up to our rental and during. He recommended a local fishing charter for my son and I, and kept in constant (but non-intrusive) contact with us through the rental process. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, without any onerous clean up demands I'd heard horror stories about. I would definitely book again!

This is a fantastic place to stay! Spacious enough for 2 people, very homely and a lovely communal area around the condo's. The pool & BBQ area are relaxing and inviting and the premises are pristine and maintained very well. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away and the beach gear provided is a great bonus! The neighbourhood is safe and quiet but there is enough to do and see in the area. Karen is easy to communicate with, always friendly and responded quickly. Don't hesitate to pick Karen's place for a lovely vacation. We would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and being provided access to two comfortable chairs and an umbrella already set up made the experience even better. The pool was clean and a great spot to unwind after the beach. The place itself was exactly as described: comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Our host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. The marina had a great tiki bar and a fun atmosphere to explore at night. This was a great trip for our entire family.
