Perfect location! Close to waterfalls and easy access to freeway to explore the area. Penny’s is down the street and open 24 hours. Yaks was a must for the best burger around. It was perfect for my teenage son and I to have our own space during our travels. We enjoyed the sleepy mountain town of Dunsmuir and will be back! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The house was spotless. We traveled with little ones and having a fenced in pool and an option to have it heated was great. Definitely recommend it to others.

Phenomenal location and great host. Spent New Years and enjoyed walking across the street for dinner. Thoughtful decorations, handy second cottage for our relatively Newlyweds. Husband enjoyed the big screen. I enjoyed walking nearby and of course the overall ambiance of Mt Shasta. Crystal clear view day one, fresh snow to ski day 2. Perfect!

The Airbnb was amazing! Checking and checkout were very smooth. The house was amazing! So much natural light. The kitchen is beautiful. The deck is gorgeous, with plenty of space to relax in the sun. Definitely will stay next time we are in town. Love the location, very walkable.

Great stay!! House is beautiful and kitchen well stocked. We don’t need for anything. The beds were super comfy and we all slept great. Jordan was very quick to respond to one question we had. The house is close to lots of fun outdoor hiking and sightseeing, including many beautiful waterfalls. It is however one road removed from the freeway (which is not noticeable from the photos), so if you sit outside or leave the windows open you will have traffic noise. Otherwise 5 stars all around!

We loved staying at Katrina’s place! Very comfortable and cozy. Beautifully decorated and thoughtful design. The kitchen had everything we needed including some snacks and a bottle of wine. The house was very clean and the beds were cozy. The backyard was beautiful and a great place to relax. We also tried some of their restaurant recommendations and they did not disappoint! Will definitely stay here again when coming to Redding.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this scenic escape. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the beautiful view. The large windows in the living room gave us a perfect panoramic view of the sparkling lake, and we spent hours enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor deck became our favorite spot for morning coffee. Our host was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything for a comfortable stay. We also loved the Christmas tree and decorations, which made the holiday feel extra special. This is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway and pet-friendly too! We can't wait to return for another stay.

This Airbnb is stunning — every corner features thoughtful, designer touches that make the space feel both luxurious and inspiring. It’s a dream for anyone who loves great interior design! The location is incredibly peaceful and private — we even heard horses and cows nearby, which added to the charm. It truly feels like a getaway from the world, yet downtown is just minutes away. One thing to note: the mosquitoes at night can be pretty intense, so definitely bring your own mosquito spray. Other than that, it was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

My family & I came up to Redding for the weekend to visit Bethel Church and couldn’t have chosen a better Airbnb! Eric & Victoria were always very helpful and responsive. We had a relaxing weekend even though it was just a short stay. Loved that everything was exactly as pictured and described. Will definitely look into coming back on our next visit
