Wohnungen als Ferienunterkünfte in L'Alfàs del Pi

Wir haben 6 wunderbare Tage in Martins schöner Unterkunft verbracht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Sonia in Empfang genommen. Bereits im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit ihr sehr unkompliziert. In der Unterkunft es uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wären wir noch viel länger geblieben :) Da wir kein Auto vor Ort hatten, sind wir mit dem ZuBus nach Alicante gefahren. Die Haltestelle ist fußläufig auf dem Weg zum schönen Sandstrand zu erreichen. Busse fahren 1x in der Stunde. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Really enjoyed our stay! Apartment was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. Super short walk to all the restaurants and bars. Highly recommend would definitely stay again!

Fue muy buena la estancia y disfrutamos mucho las vistas del alojamiento, el solecito en la terraza y además de que el alojamiento tuviera todo lo necesario como para quedarse ahí varios días con comodidad. El alojamiento es muy completo. Nos hubiese encantado seguir pero empezaron unas obras en el edificio y se mostraron muy comprensivos ante la situación. Muy recomendado!!! Volveremos. Great place, extremely clean and spacious. The location is perfect, right next to the supermarket and a quick walk to bars and restaurants. I did struggle with the traffic noise at night, the windows in the bedroom are thin and I'm a light sleeper. Angel was very responsive and check in/out was very easy. Everything is well equipped, I cooked often and had to use the washing machine - all easy.

Een mooi en aangenaam verblijf. Heel rustig ook, vooral nachtrust. Alles is prima in orde en topzwembad, wel niet verwarmd. Moet men rekening mee houden. Ook mogelijkheid om wasruimte te gebruiken, kortom alles zoals thuis. Dicht bij centrum Moraira, weliswaar met auto. Amper 5minutjes. Maar indien sportief ook te voet bereikbaar :) Birgit an Anastas zijn tophosts ! :) 😀

We hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf bij Rainer. Rainer was erg behulpzaam en reageerde meteen op al onze vragen. We woonden in het zelfde huis maar hadden toch onze privacy. Het was een heel rustige omgeving waar je ‘s nachts een speld kon horen vallen. Moraira is schitterend met fijne restaurants en terrasjes. We hebben erg genoten van de live optredens die bijna elke avond gegeven werden in de Saxso. We komen heel graag weer eens terug.

We hebben twee maanden doorgebracht in het appartement. Het is ruim netjes en met een groot terras op de begane grond waar de hele dag zon was. We keken uit op het zwembad en de tuin, dat was super. Bertha was vriendelijk en is een paar keer langs geweest, echt een superhost. Als het mogelijk is komen we volgend jaar weer! Bertha, bedankt namens Alie.

This is one of the best equipped, cleanest and convenient holiday rentals my family and I have ever stayed in. In addition, the pool was a real treat! There are great beaches, restaurants and bars nearby. The local supermarkets are also good quality. Walter and Ruth were very pleasant, helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had about the flat and the area. Would absolutely recommend!

Un logement impeccable, énormément de rangements et d’équipements mis à disposition. La résidence est bien entretenue et agréable à vivre. Les échanges avec Danuta ont été fluides et réactifs. Nous recommandons fortement.

Хорошее жилье, чисто, есть всё необходимое. Близко большой супермаркет, остановки транспорта, пляж. Безусловно рекомендую.

Excelente la casa,todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días, lo único faltaría un microondas entiendo que hace poco que están en la aplicación e irán agregando lo que falta,la cocina equipada con todo detalle, las camas muy cómodas, en el patio trasero se puede disfrutar de un pica pica o una merienda tranquilamente. La zona de piscina muy tranquila, está a unos pasos de la casa,Inma encantadora,fue ella la que nos recibió y Julián estuvo muy atento antes de la llegada dejándonos instrucciones para la llegada. Recomiendo este lugar 100x100!!! Comentar que a la entrada de la urbanización hay un pequeño restaurante y un bar donde poder desayunar y comer algo.

V této budově jsme byli již podruhé, takže jsme tušili, co čekat. Byt byl velmi hezky a funkčně vybavený, vůbec nic nám nechybělo, vše bylo krásně čisté, vybavení plně odpovídalo popisu, vše v bytě fungovalo, komunikace s hostitelem byla rychlá a přátelská. Umístění ubytování je super, všude kolem hromada restaurací, přesto bych ale lokalitu označila spíše za klidnou, v noci zde nebyl žádný ruch, takže se člověk velmi dobře vyspal. Jediné, co nám chybělo, byla lehátka u bazénu (před 2 lety ještě byla k dispozici) plus bazén a okolí prostor (podlahová krytina) byly lehce zchátralé (uvolněná prkna apod.) - to je však pravděpodobně spíše věc správce budovy a pravděpodobně není v silách hostitele toto ovlivnit. Jinak náš pobyt proběhl na jedničku.

Stanovanje nas je pričakalo čisto in dišeče. Lokacija stanovanja je blizu znamenitostim ter središču dogajanja.

We had a great stay in Lilia’s apartment! Communication was great beforehand and during our stay. Apartment just as it looks in the photos- spotless and clean and very homely with everything you need. The location was really good too- and super quiet. Easy parking right outside too. We loved the quick access to the beach! Would definitely recommend a stay here and would happily visit again.

Gorgeous apartment, had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Lovely additional touches such a children's step, high chair and plates/cups for children. Really clean and the agent was helpful by letting us have the keys a little earlier as we had a young child and an early flight. Complex is really quiet and private. There is some building work going on at the moment but it didn't bother us. Hot tub was an added bonus as the pools were freezing! Couple of points, there are no sun loungers around the pool. The apartment is positioned on a steep hill so wouldn't be appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and the beach is gorgeous. Good bus service on the main road with access to Alicante, Santa Pola and Gran Alacant. Overall a great stay, thank you. We would love to come back

Meget flott sted. Leiligheten er av nyere dato og meget høy standard. Eneste som kan kunne hvert bedre var at sengene var veldig harde, men vi overlevde. Beliggenheten var fenomenal med 20 meter til stranden og gang avstand til alt du trenger samt gamlebyen. Deilig oppvarmet pool og flott pool område med bar som serverer kvalitets øl og sprit.

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is just big enough for two people to comfortably fit in. The jacuzzi is a big plus point! Pedro was always helpful!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Logement bien équipé, propre et conforme à la description. Hôte disponible, réactif et surtout très flexible. La maison est idéalement située. Parfait pour un week-end entre amis Merci !

We had a fantastic stay at Rafal’s flat in Finestrat! The apartment is modern, tastefully decorated, and incredibly well equipped — especially the kitchen, which made cooking meals a real pleasure. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub — it was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings after the kids went to bed. Although it was spring and a bit too cool to use the outdoor pools, the resort is very complete and includes a great indoor pool, which was ideal for the one rainy day we had. Check-in and check-out were seamless, thanks to Juan, who was also very helpful in sharing recommendations for local places to visit. I honestly couldn’t fault this property and would come back without hesitation. Thanks so much, Rafal and Juan!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment was something else, very high end for excellent value, this apartment will take your breath away, the views from the balcony were amazing, daily changing panoramic views. Very private settings with great security including a concierge. The indoor swimming pool overlooking the Ocean was breathtaking too. Rafal and Juan were very tentative making sure our check in was smooth as possible.

Many thanks to the hosts of Easy Houses Lourdes and Roman - they replied to any questions within minutes and booked our taxis throughout the week with no problem. Apartment was in an excellent location and stunning views. Felt very safe in this lovely new Gated building. Supermarket a 10 minute walk away and the shopping trolley was fantastic made light work of carrying back our provisions 🍷🍻🧊🍎🥖 Lovely clean beach across the road and we used the tram into Alicante on several days - very cheap and convenient. Would definitely recommend 5 ⭐️
