The condo is exactly as advertised and the welcome, flexibility and compassion shown by the best host ever (Nink) is deserving of 6 stars! Although we only stayed here for one night, the unit itself is fabulous, spacious, and in a great location with everything nearby. What really sets this condo apart though is Nink. She really went above and beyond on this trip. Bangkok is reeling from a once-in-a-lifetime situation with the effects of the earthquake in Myanmar being heavily felt here in the city. Nink was very proactive and gracious in dealing with my family's concerns. I have stayed in dozens of Airbnb properties around the world, and I can say without qualification that Nink is the best host we have ever had.

Charn is a gem, very friendly and caring. Stay is really good.

The location is very good. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel and it is close to the MRT station. It is also quiet so you won't have any trouble sleeping. The owner always responded quickly and politely to chats and was extremely helpful during my stay. When I had any trouble, he was always polite and helpful, and it was a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing spot in the craziness of the city. You are in a very local village and it has so much charm. The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable. We used the communal kitchen every morning and it has everything you need. The pool and the grounds are kept immaculately clean. I will always stay here when we come through Bangkok. To get to the center of Bangkok takes awhile but if you get local taxis with a meter, it’s super reasonable. The MRT stop is a 17 minute walk from the house. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back.

Exceptional accommodation and service

Great place, great host. Tatiya was very responsive and considerate to offer cleaning for our extended stay. The AC units needed maintenance and she responded quickly to fix the issue.

Run was an excellent host. The apartment and building itself is a fantastic base if you want to stay in Nonthaburi. Furthermore, the MRT is literally 40-50 metres from the building. From there you can take trains all the way around Bangkok. There are heaps of amenities around like Big C, Tops, gyms and 7/11s. I really liked this place and I would consider living in this building long term.

Very convenient location. Lots of local food shops around, right at the location. 7-11 and choices of laundry shop are right at the condo. The host is friendly and very responsive and supportive.

Pros: Very homey, lovely, quiet neighbourhood, BTS is a stone throw away. House owner prepared food and drinks for the stay! The staff at the ground floor is very helpful and welcoming. Would defo recommend for others to stay! Downside: the building is kinda old with only one toilet and one shower (only a problem if you’re staying with a group of friends), not so clean (roaches found due to recent pipes cleaning & some food leftover at the couch fold). House owner immediately responds to the feedback and offer helps

Amy's place was delightful, conveniently located near shops and equipped with all the necessities. She was an exceptional host, always quick to respond, with clear communication and straightforward instructions. It was evident that she genuinely cared about her guests and wasn't just focused on making money. I would definitely love to stay here again for a longer period😊 Thank you for everything Amy!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the appartment. We loved everything about it!The view from the balcony is one of the best you can get and the apartment was fabulous. Krittiya is one of the nicest persons you can find - it felt like meeting an old friend! 💕 The pool area and the gym are nice. We spent a week and we did not see anyone else at the pool. Felt a bit like you had your private pool. We loved the neighbourhood, but be aware that this is not central Bangkok, this is Nonthaburi, a suburb to Bangkok, where there are less turists and you can experience the everyday life. Just what we wanted, to be able to sit at a small restaurant on the pavement and eat the most delicious food. We will definitely come back to both the area and the apartment. Fredrik & Helen

I have to say this was my first air bnb and I was not disappointed. the host is very friendly and helpful if there is a problem. the apartment is very nice, but sometimes the air conditioning system makes loud crackles noise. you also have a fitness room and a roof top pool for swimming. It should be noted that it takes a few minutes to get to the BTS Skytrain. I can recommend this Air BnB. For me 5 out of 5 stars!

Really spacious place. Friendly hosts that are very quick to respond. All very easy. It has a little cooking plate so you can cook. Microwave too. Wi-Fi is good, strongest in the lounge area.
