Very attentive and kind hosts. The place is in a perfect location in the old centre of Asuncion, within easy reach of all the shops one needs and also the riverside promenade. Everything inside is cleaned regularly. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a lowcost nice place in the center of Asuncion :)

Great stay in Asuncion. The place is just as described, shared spaces with other guests. The room was clean and our private bathroom as well. The host was flexible for check-in which was very convenient for us as we arrived with an early bus. The breakfast is quite light (a sandwich and coffee) but is highly appreciated. The location is a bit far from the historical center, but still walking distance (20/25min). We had a small issue with the laundry as one of our clothes came with a spot that changed color a little bit and we almost lost one item (we retrieved it in a different location and it wasn't washed). Other than that, everything went well so we recommend the place.

Tres belle petite chambre coquette avec tout le confort. j'ai beaucoup aimé le calme. j'ai super bien dormi. La literie est de bonne qualité. Une Smart TV était présente dans la chambre, ce qui m'a permis de voir des films en soirée. Il y à aussi un super jardin, mais le temps n'était pas top. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit, même si c'est à 20 kilomètres de Asunción, cela vaut la peine le soir pour décompresser de la ville. Au matin nous avons partagé le petit déjeuner et fait connaissance. je reviendrai sûrement, et cette fois-ci plus longtemps. Je remercie Eduardo et son épouse pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Ótima estadia e comunicação. Passamos apenas uma noite, mas a cama estava maravilhosa, enorme e bons travesseiros, o banheiro estava do outro lado do corredor e não foi um problema. Linda área externa. Recomendo! Tivemos que sair bem cedo e tinham sanduíches prontos para nós ❤️

Wir sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Empfangen worden. Sehr ordentliches Zimmer und eine nette saubere Wohnanlage mit schönen garten und schatten . Für Uns wichtig guter Parkplatz

Excelente ubicación, el personal de la recepción encantador, el dpto sumamente espacioso y funcional y nos encantó que fuera pet-friendly.

María’s home was quite lovely! Her family was very kind and welcoming and the house itself was very very beautiful! The surrounding area was quite safe and very walkable. It’s very close to two large malls in Asuncion as well as a ton of great restaurants. One of my favorite stays in all my travels. Thank you María and to your family as well for making me feel right at home!
