Jiw and her husband were very kind and passionate!!! They picked us up at the Chiang Mai airport and directly to their house. Very smooth check in and excellent stay experience in Chiang Mai.

Location I sa bit far from city but instead private and peaceful. Everything are clean and well prepare for guests. Best choice to stay.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

Stunning Airbnb. We had such a nice time and the place was immaculately clean. John and his wife were very helpful and friendly. Only thing to note is that the pool is in their garden 2 seconds walk from the front door. This wasn’t a problem for us and the pool was amazing and cool.

We had two wonderful weeks in this house, and it felt like home. The house was clean and beds felt like in 5 star hotels. kitchen is great and it equipped with modern appliances Su and Alex respond to all of our requests in a very short time. The neighbourhood is quite and its 3 minutes from two big shopping centers. The house is also 15 minutes drive from old town. if you are looking for a house to stay with your family, don't hesitate, its a great place to stay.

We loved the house and location. A great place to serve as a base for exploring Chiang Mai or just relaxing and enjoying the immediate surroundings (quiet, yet lots of nice cafes, restaurants, an art centre, etc).

Nimit House 7 was an absolutely lovely stay. The rooms were comfortable, and it’s an easy walk right across the canal to old town. We adored the private yard and balcony. We also really appreciated the easy availability of a filtered water tap with cold pitchers in the fridge. As with many places in the area, I would recommend purchasing a little mosquito spray if you tend to be sensitive to them! There’s a convenience store right around the corner where you can get that and anything else you may need. Nook Cafe right on the corner is a great little place for breakfast and coffee, and there’s a dispensary on this street too if that’s your thing. Overall this home was so very comfortable and beautiful. Thanks so much to Jane for a wonderful place to stay in during our time in Chiang Mai!

Absolutely loved our time at this cute, spacious AirBnB! The beds were comfy, everything was very clean, and the internet was fast - a true home away from home. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. To our hosts… thank you for such a lovely stay!

I had a fantastic stay at The One Condo in Chiang Mai and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay in the city. The condo itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a must in Chiang Mai’s warmer months. The building is secure and quiet, and the facilities are excellent—especially the resort style pool and gym, both of which offer a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, situated in a peaceful neighborhood but still within walking distance to Central Festival Shopping Mall or a short Grab ride to Nimman, the Old City, and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Our host was responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions for check-in, making the whole process seamless. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, perfect for remote work. A****

이 숙소는 흠잡을 곳이 없습니다. 모든 가전제품이 있으며, 세탁세제나 트리트먼트 커피등 게스트를 위한 세심함이 엿보였습니다. 침실도 매우 편안했습니다. 다만 조명이 약해서 좀 어둡습니다. 추가로 스탠드가 있으면 좋겠습니다. 호스트는 소통이 아주 잘 되었고 적극적으로 소통해 주었습니다. 머무는 동안 너무 편하게 잘 쉬었다 갑니다.

Amazing condo in Chiang Mai. John’s place was modern, spacious, clean and had thoughtful touches like a fridge stocked with waters, eggs, bacon, and condiments. John was very friendly and responsive and was helpful and flexible. I highly recommend this space for your stay in Chiang Mai.

Location was great, the whole building is very nice and properly serviced. Multiple restaurants, shops and services around. 10 minutes walk to Old Town. Condo itself was clean, well equipped and in good standard. Wassana was very helpful through our time here, always responding quickly and supporting our stay. She also helped us greatly when we had some health issues and needed to adjust our stay. Overall, great experience, great value for money and a pleasant experience.

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

Really comfortable place! Exactly what I was looking for. The location is not as nice as some other parts of Chiang Mai.

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

과중한 일로, 몸과 마음이 지쳐서 ‘쉼’을 목적으로 계획했던 여행입니다. 그저 조용한 방이 필요했고, 걸어서 쉽게갈 수 있는 카페와 식당이 많이있는 숙소를 찾았는데, 이곳이 바로 그곳이었어요. 이따금 들려오는 비행기소리만 아니라면, 매우 조용합니다. 예약하기 전에 리뷰를 보고, 귀마개를 준비해서 갔던 여행이지만, 귀마개를 하지않고 지냈어요. 처음에는 신경이 쓰였으나, 시간이 지나며 익숙해져갔어요. 매우 유명한 식당과 카페가 도보로 5분이내의 거리에 있어요. 그리고, 가까운 도로주변에서 판매하는 파인애플과 망고를 매일 사서 집에서 먹는 즐거움이 있었어요.(냉장고가 크고 좋아요) 세탁기와 세제가 준비되어있어, 적은 양의 옷을 가져갔었고 일주일동안 머무는동안에 세탁을 직접하며 정말 집에서 살고있는 것 같았어요. 도움이 필요할 때마다, 호스트의 정말 빠른 응대에 감사했습니다. 일주일동안 편히 잘 쉬었고, 다음에 또 머물고 싶어요.

L’appartement est tel que décrit, pratique et confortable pour un court ou un long séjour avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris si vous travaillez en ligne comme moi (bonne connexion et espace de travail). L’hôtesse s’est montrée très amicale et réactive et flexible pour nos heures d’arrivée et départ, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. L’emplacement est pratique si vous aimez le quartier de Nimman (quartier animé mais plutôt tourné vers les expats et touristes où tout ressemble à l’Occident et coûte plus cher). Le ménage manquait un peu de précision pour nous mais globalement nous nous sommes sentis bien, merci :)

바로 옆에 센트럴 백화점이 있고, 콘도 내부에 수영장과 헬스장이 있어 멀리 나가지 않아도 대부분의 인프라가 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 숙소도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 장기 숙박을 하시는 분들께 추천합니다.
