Direkt nach unserer Ankunft in Chiang Mai haben wir mit unseren beiden Kindern 5 Nächte im Cocoon bei Felix und Jan verbracht und können dieses besondere Plätzchen Erde wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Die liebevolle Gestaltung sowohl des Hauses, als auch des Gartens sind wirklich was ganz Besonderes, die runde Architektur und die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber richtig toll. Das von Felix zubereitete Frühstück und Abendessen waren 1a, westlich, Thai, was auch immer gewünscht wurde- wir waren begeistert. Definitiv ein etwas anderer Aufenthalt als im klassischen Hotel oder Resort und Nichtstun vergessen der super schöne Pool - wird werden noch gaaaanz lange an unsere tolle Zeit hier zurückdenken! Alles Gute Euch beiden!

非常美麗的地方！很明顯能看得出來裡面的貓都是很受到照顧的🥰 （從貓咪的整潔度跟親人度可以推敲，跟一般那種品種貓的貓咖啡不一樣）另外，房東及這裡的員工都很熱情好客，空閒之餘看到他/她們自己本身也在擼貓XD 最後想特別提，相信很多人會對這個價格卻步，但相信我，真的體驗過後只想巴不得把所有的薪水全部都捐給她們！包含伙食費、結紮費、醫療費全都是一筆龐大的開銷，世界上能有多少人毅然決然的奉獻自己，離開都市隱居山林，幫助這些受難的小動物呢？相信大部分人應該都跟我差不多，頂多捐錢就已經是極限了😢 所以當我看到房東Judee跟她的搭檔的行為，真的為之動容，也很鼓勵大家一起支持這樣的人間天使！如果還在猶豫值不值得拜訪的人們，請相信我和其他評價，這地方絕對不會讓你失望！！（題外話，一些不重要的小缺點： 1.當地蚊蟲很多（但是是為了打造適合貓咪活動的空間，因此保留水源、樹木等生態環境，所以完全可以接受） 2.她們的貓咪都是友善的孩子，有時候為了像人們討抱，指甲會不小心抓傷人（但我甘願☺️）

je recommande vivement ce logement. Bob a été un hôte génial, vraiment super. Il est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous a prêté une moto puisqu’il a dû nous changer pour un logement plus petit mais sincèrement, cela nous a bien aidé. Ce logement est super pour être proche de la ville et des randonnées en même temps. l’endroit est super mignon, les chiens aussi. Merci encore pour ce séjour super Bob !

Our family was looking for a last minute get-away to Chiang Mai and surroundings. We selected this listing based on the location and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the holiday villa with two kids and two adults. The house is situated on a beautiful compound which is not too far off the main road towards Chang Mai. The house itself if bright, clean and very well equipped. The quality of the house itself and the furniture/ amenities is higher than what you normally get in Thailand according to our experience. The location is fantastic for both the city and going in to nature, however a car is required. We recieved a very warm welcome at arrival and during our stay and we would recommend this to anybody looking to explore this region.

Teaky Cabin at Sanpakai Hideaway Organic Farm

We cannot say enough about how generous and kind Wat & Boom are. They did so much for us, including bringing us eggs, farm produce, and breakfast treats, spending hours teaching our teenagers to harvest and prepare sugarcane juice and fresh coconut, showing us around their farm, and taking one of us to the hospital after a (self-inflicted) injury. The farm is beautiful and peaceful - we enjoyed this haven in nature as a travel break. We rode the provided bikes to the temple, village shops & restaurants, a cute coffee shop and around the area. We can also highly recommend the "Banthi Tour" with Mr P. (search on Tripadvisior) for a full day village experience about 15 minutes away. Staying at the farm feels a bit like glamping, with the downstairs patio, kitchen and 2 bathrooms open to the outside, and a comfortable bedroom upstairs with fans and good mosquito protection. Wat & Boom, we would like to thank you for a magical experience!

Мы провели 12 незабываемых дней на ферме у Naam и Nork и это были одни из самых тёплых, душевных и вдохновляющих дней за всё наше путешествие. Ферма находится в живописнейшем месте рядом с Чиангмаем, будто в сказке: горы, рассветы, зелень, цветы, тишина и гармония природы. Наш домик был очень уютным, чистым и комфортным, с невероятным видом, от которого невозможно было оторваться. Но самое главное - это сами хозяева. Naam и Nork - волшебные люди. Их тепло, доброта и забота пронизывают всё, что они делают. Они готовили с нами еду, водили нас на местный рынок, делились историями, культурой, традициями. Они даже отвезли нас в Чианграй, чтобы мы увидели знаменитый Белый храм - просто потому, что у них доброе сердце и желание делиться прекрасным. Они заботились о нас до малейших деталей: если укусили комары дали натуральный бальзам. Мы очень рекомендуем вам посетить эту ферму. Вы сами всё почувствуете, как только окажетесь там и пообщаетесь с этими прекрасными сердечными людьми.

Sehr neues und super sauberes Haus. Geräumig mit einem kleinen Hof, in dem unser Kind spielen konnte. Betten bequem und Bettwäsche sauber. Weit ausserhalb der Stadt- das wussten wir. Mit dem Roller 30 Minuten. Ruhig und in der Natur. Gastgeberin Poy ist sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Wärmste Empfehlung an alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen.

Joe is a great host. We felt very looked after by everyone and the volunteers who helped. You can add lots of activities to your stay. We went on the hike through farms and jungle and had jungle lunch cooked on the fire by Joe and the other guys. It was the highlight of the trip! The cooking lessons helped with bonding with everyone and felt nice to work together and then eat together. Lovely waterfall a short walk through the rice paddies is a nice place to bathe. Coco the dog and Lili the cat are also so sweet and love hanging out with the guests. The communal area is a nice place to read and talk. Thank you Joe for a fabulous time, we learned so much and loved staying with you. See you in England!

Suthep is a friendly, knowledgeable, and very likeable host. We enjoyed cooking meals together and talking about self-sustaining lifestyles. He chooses to model a way of living that other people can emulate, and I find it inspiring. He was very generous with his time and we shared some good experiences as he showed me the local markets and then took me to a nearby gym which wasn't on the map. I recommend Suthep's place if you want a peaceful setting where you can share meals and think about living a life of consciousness and humility.

One bedroom with two beds

I chose this house during this trip and I am really satisfied! Lily was very enthusiastic and provided me with detailed check-in instructions in advance, which made me feel very considerate. The room is clean and tidy, and the yard is large enough for meditation and yoga. There is a tree next to this house that is very sacred to the gods and we made our wishes here. Living here for a week felt like going home. Lily gave us the warmth of home. As soon as we entered the cabin, it felt very artistic. There were many Lily's art paintings inside which were very pleasing to the eye. We often talk together in the living room. Lily made us milkshakes, vegetable soup and multigrain porridge. We feel very comfortable and warm. This is our other home in Thailand. We will meet here again and will come here again. Thank you Lily again for meeting us!

This is a lovely room with a beautiful garden view and terrace in a quiet neighborhood outside of Chiang Mai city. We had a very comfortable month-long stay at the property, which, alongside several other nice amenities, offers a refreshing pool and an outdoor gym area at the guests disposal. The family that takes care of the property are sweet and helpful people that really made us feel like home. And if you're looking to rent a scooter, I highly recommend doing it from them. It is very convenient and they offer a great deal. All in all, we urge you to consider this place if you're looking for a relaxing stay in the area outside the hustle and bustle of the city, that offers great value for money!

My stay here was a truly exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations! Although it's a bit far from the station, the owner kindly provided transportation for both check-in and check-out. The traditional Lamphun-style house and the spacious garden are absolutely beautiful. My room was a private, comfortable space with its own shower and toilet. I was able to cook in the shared kitchen, and drinking water was readily available in the house. Bicycles were provided for exploring the local area, and sometimes the staff even took me to visit nearby attractions. Whenever I had a request, the local staff or the owner responded promptly and kindly. I've stayed at many places in Thailand, but the hospitality I experienced here was truly outstanding and unforgettable. Highly recommended!
