Bit of an older house but a really big space with lots of character and overall very comfortable house

A beautiful peaceful spot, it felt like we were a million miles away. Highly recommend, would even go back in winter just for the cosy indoor fire 🔥

House is as described, Malcolm was friendly and met us on arrival. The beach is so close and the shops are walkable and had everything needed to make our stay awesome. Thanks for having us.

We had a lovely stay at Leesa’s property. It was neatly kept and the location was perfect - walking distance the river, shop, cafe and ocean. We really enjoyed the beautiful views of both the river and ocean. Leesa was also helpful and responsive after checkout when we had realised we left an item behind. Would definitely recommend and look forward to booking again in the future.

This is a really beautiful place to stay and perfect for a bigger group and groups with children. There are so many areas that are all enjoyable to spend time in, which is perfect if there are groups that want time away from each other as well as together. We especially loved the pool and sunlounges. The undercover deck area was great for outdoor dining in the evenings and the main indoor dining/kitchen area has a beautiful high ceiling so feels really spacious. The fire circle was well laid out away from the house, surrounded by mature eucalypts (at a safe distance) and balga so you really feel like you are out in the bush. We particularly appreciated the special kids' play room and bedroom with child-sized furniture and games which was excellent for our six year old. A great find!

We loved this place so much! Lots of space and peaceful trails. Animals to see and look at. The place is also perfect for great groups. Simone and Bernadine are so helpful and responsive, amazing hosts for sure!

Definitely worth the weekend away. We were certainly impressed with the detailed decor. it's cosy and peaceful all of the amenities were perfect. Would love to rebook in the colder months for the fireplace. Thank you for hosting our family getaway.
