We loved the location and appreciated the space we rented.

We had a great time. Property was clean and well positioned for easy entry in RMNP. Definitely try the Doughnut Haus in the Gas station down the street- amazing! Would consider this place again if back in town!

The space was clean and comfortable. It’s in a condo resort and the unit we had was a two bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 king (plus one pullout queen). The front desk service was amazingly friendly.

Great location with easy accessibility to where we wanted to go. Enjoy the swimming pool in the hot tub and the proximity to the river which was very relaxing. The condo itself was in great shape nice and clean and we couldn’t have been happier. We will definitely stay at this location again in the future. Highly recommend it.

The apartment has two nice rooms while you stay in Estes Park. It met my needs and there was a pool nearby at the resort. You are renting someone’s timeshare, so be ready to send information over to the owner upon booking so they can secure your spot. It was a little strange, but it was a Wyndham which I’ve stayed at before. The kitchen doesn’t have an oven and the fridge is a 1/2 size unit under the counter. The ventilation isn’t the best of you do a lot of cooking - I set the fire alarms off twice and the room never really cleared the smell from what I made the night before. But it was clean and it worked. I would stay again.

We had a great visit here. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet (we're very sound sensitive and had zero issues). The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and the hot tubs were fantastic. Also fantastic was the daily visits by the wild elk along the river, which was awesome. Would not hesitate staying here again.

a very comfortable stay, great place to relax and regroup after busy days traveling and hiking. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Spacious. Clean. Soft beds and comfy digs. Within a few minute drive from main street Estes, but far enough away to still feel like you're in nature. Kitchen was furnished and clean. Dishwasher was nice touch. Overall, will definitely return if I'm ever in Estes.

Rita was always available to response. Place is near to the national park. Very clean and great surroundings.

My friends had never been to Estes Park or RMNP, so Fred’s place seemed like the perfect place to enjoy it all; and it was! Great location, beautiful views as wells as a cozy place to be snowed in. Would recommend!
