The place was clean and pleasant and located near restaurants and shops. It was easy to communicate with our host.

A fantastic central location in an apartment that is super clean with regular sheet & towels changed by very polite staff. When booking I did not realise it was a serviced apartment so it was lovely to have the place cleaned. Everything worked as it should with excellent washing machine that worked great on quick wash. Super hot powerful shower.It was an ideal space for my partner & myself as everything was a short walk away, restaurants,shops,coffee shops and the beach. The weather was very good so we even used the outside seating area at the back with sun beds,chairs & tables. If requiring accommodation in central Larnica will definitely return.

An entire complex of apartments. check in is in a registration desk. staff were extremely helpful. Apartment was very nice, including a balcony. Location is great in the middle of the city with a quick walk to the beach. Thank you!

Die Wohnung ist im vierten Stock eines Hochhauses. Alles war erstaunlich ruhig und freundlich. Eduard ist ein super Gastgeber. Antwortet schnell und hilft sofort.

Velmi mily a pratelsky hostitel, ubytovani odpovidalo nabidce. Balicek informaci a doporuceni pred prinezdem i tupy na aktivity v okoli mi odpovedely vsechny otazky. Mela jsem z toho pekny pocit.

We only stayed during one night, but the night we spent there was problem-free. The apartment is clean and comfortable, but there is one thing to keep in mind - it's actually two-floors apartment, and one of the bedrooms is on the higher floor. The stairs that lead there are quite steep and may be not for everyone. Also, that higher floor is located under the building's roof directly, so it can get very hot. Luckily, there is an aircon unit in the bedroom to deal with the problem swiftly and decidedly.

Жилье прекрасное - начиная от местоположения , заканчивая чистотой и удобствами. Прежде всего хочу высказать благодарность , что учли наше пожелание насчет детской кроватки ! Ключ надо получать рядом в ресепшен отеля, в нескольких метрах. Это не создало каких либо неудобств. Мы были с коляской, и единственное, что нам было некомфортно- большая лестница на второй этаж. Приходилось коляску тащить на руках. Что касаемся апартаментов - очень чисто , на кухне есть все , что нужно. Кровати чистейшие. Достаточно места для двух взрослых и ребенка. Отдельно выношу тот факт что шумно. Стоит учесть что это все таки центр города, под нами были магазинчики , рестораны и площадь, так что на тихое провождение ночи не стоит рассчитывать , но мы и не за этим брали апартаменты в центре :) В общем мы остались довольны и обязательно при повторном посещении Ларнаки , заселимся повторно. Спасибо !

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

Our stay was perfect! The house was spacious and had everything we needed, with stunning sea views and gorgeous sunsets just a few steps away. Our host Andri was great, exceptionally attentive and quickly resolved any issues we had. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene, relaxing and beautiful beach getaway!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Very nice house, big shower, there is a washing mashine and planty towels in the cupboards. Additional blankets were very handy as it was still a bit chilly in the evenings and we used them, sitting outside. There is a woodburner in the house, so one night we even used it. I guess it's very nice for those guests who visit Paraskevas in winter. In overal, lovely place, a bit remote but very nice.

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay at Georgia‘s place. It has amazing location next to the sea and plenty of different restaurants. The seabeach is there very nice with the soft sand, shallow water and sport area. This place is perfect for a vacation with kids. Also we felt ourselves as at home because of hospitality and quick help from Georgia‘s husband Vasiliy.

Excellent location for walking to the sea front to see the sunrise, or to play at the beach. Walking back from the beach, we made regular use of the outdoor shower and the washing lines in the back yard to wash the sand off and hang towels and swimwear out to dry. The washing lines are strung up in a sunny patch, with lots of pegs available, and the washing machine on the back porch has a quick wash setting that's ideal for refreshing clothing. Indoors, the bedrooms are set up well to deal with different temperatures, so we were able to sleep comfortably despite some nights being suddenly much warmer than others. Similarly the windows have a variety of shutters and netting and glass, so the air flow through the house can be adjusted easily.

I picked the apartment because it looked very functional and well equipped. I spent about a week there and found the apartment offered everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Modern, it is comfortable. The location is remote from Larnaca center but remains very accessible (within 5-15 min drive). The neighborhood is very calm. The only downside is that there is nothing around but again with a car, that’s not a problem. I could return to this place without any hesitation.

Great location. By the beach (literally),in a quiet area a short walk away from the majority of the bars and restaurants along the beach. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

We had pleasant 3 days at Chris's apartment. Chris was super informative. We got a huuuuuge, detailed message with all necessary information about check-in, neighborhood, shops, restaurants... Literally, everything you should know :)

Had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect being in easy walking distance to the main sites yet private and peaceful. The beach is just steps away and the balcony view is wonderful. We had everything we needed and the host was friendly and respectful. There was a minor issue with the keys during our late night check in, however, the host responded immediately and we were not inconvenienced at all. Phenomenal service! I would happy stay again!
