Die Unterkunft war klasse! Mit dem Mietwagen war alles schnell erreichbar und die Beschreibungen von Maxine waren sehr hilfreich. Lorena Vorort war immer erreichbar und hat geholfen, wenn Fragen auftraten. Sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber 💐 Dankeschön 🙏🏼

Estancia estupenda. La casa está impecable, tremendamente cómoda y con todo para sentirte como en casa. Los anfitriones son de 10, tremendamente atentos y flexibles, digno de agradecer. Sin duda para recomendar y repetir. Gracias Tatiana!!!

Het appartement van Felix is mooi, ruim, heeft een mooi balkon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prima bed! Je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar zee. Goede restaurants zijn in de buurt. Alicante is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en we raden de B&B van Felix zeker aan!

L’appartement est neuf , spacieux et très bien équipé pour passer de très belles vacances en famille afin de visiter et découvrir la région. La terrasse avec vue sur mer est un atout majeur, on se fait bercer par le bruit des vagues non loin. Son emplacement est idéal, très bien situé pour moi. Pour ceux qui aiment la plage elle se situe à quelque mètre de la résidence. Vannessa est très très professionnelle, toutes les informations qu’elle m’a communiqué m’ont été très utiles aussi bien sur les détails de la location que sur les belles choses à faire aux alentours. La grande piscine et l’espace SPA étaient à notre disposition même tardivement, un véritable plaisir pour les enfants. Le logement et Vannessa pour son sérieux sont à recommander. Au plaisir de se revoir.

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

Wir wurden persönlich vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab eine umfangreiche Einweisung in die Wohnung und die gemeinsam mit anderen Mietern genutzten Bereiche wie Pool, Hallenbad und Sauna. Der Aufenthalt an sich war sehr schön. Direkt hinter der Anlage kann man schön wandern. Für Einkäufe und die Fahrt zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt. Die Anlage selbst ist modern und sauber. Andrej ist ein toller Gastgeber!

cant fault the apartment or the host Chris.Everything was as described and Chris was so freindly.Communication was exceptional response instant couldnt ask for more. This apartment is in a very good location for our needs,quiet enough to relax on balcony or by the pool and close to the night life. Really cant fault anything and once again cant say enough how good Chris was. thankyou so much

El piso se corresponde en todo con lo detallado, 3 cuartos amplios , 2 wc completos , salón con terraza… Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin problema. Todo muy limpio , camas cómodas . A la vuelta de la esquina hay un súper , 3 panadería/pastelerias, y un poco más adelante el paseo marítimo con infinidad de opciones para comer. Se encuentra en 2 fila al mar pero son 5 min andando y llegas a la playa , de arena y muy buena para niños. Tiene garaje para un coche grande que facilita todo. Roberto estuvo pendiente de nosotros y contestó rápido a mis preguntas. Tuvo flexibilidad en los horarios . Vino a darnos las llaves y enseñarnos todo el piso . Muchas gracias por todo y espero vernos pronto porque volveremos sin duda

En skøn lejlighed med masser af plads til to eller fire personer. Lejligheden fremstår yderst pæn og ren med en fantastisk udsigt og dejlig terrasse. Dejlig beliggenhed tæt på alt - restauranter, små hyggelige lokale spisesteder, indkøb af dagligvare og diverse butikker. Værten er meget og relevant kommunikerende. Man får alle nødvendige oplysninger. Udsøgt ophold til en rigtig god pris. Kan varmt anbefales.
