Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Feel right at home in our spacious, newly completed end unit condo with a 5-6 minute walk to the beach! The complex is serene and quiet, allowing for your much needed comfort and relaxation. You can relax in the condo, enjoy either of the two pools or rooftop patio with the best view of the Sea of Cortez in all of Las Conchas. Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.

Centrally located on Playa Mirador, this 3 bedroom 3 bath home is within a short walking distance of Manny's Beach Club, Pitaya Bar and Pink Cadillac. The home is perfect for entertaining with a shuffleboard and foosball tables, two 50" smart TV's and a fully stocked kitchen.
