Etwa 300 Meter vom Ortskern und dem Yachthafen des ehemaligen Fischerdorfes Roja entfernt, steht in ruhiger Lage von Kiefern umgeben unser mit Wärmepumpe und Fußbodenheizung neu erbautes Wohnhaus, in dem es auch eine 32 qm große Ferienwohnung gibt. Diese hat einen separaten Eingang, direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und besteht aus einem großen Raum mit Wohn-, Schlaf- und Küchenbereich und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette. Das Rauchen ist in der FeWo und im Außenbereich nicht erstattet.

Die La Familia Seaside Residence liegt 150 m vom Strand in Salacgriva entfernt und ist ein vollständig abgetrennter Teil des Hauses mit separatem Eingang. Private Terrasse mit der Möglichkeit, auf einem Elektrogrill zu kochen. Für Kinder stehen Meersand und Figuren bereit. Romantische Sonnenuntergänge auf dem Balkon, es gibt ein Waschbecken, damit Sie heiße Getränke zubereiten können. Die Lage der La Familia Seaside Residence ist fantastisch, alle Einrichtungen sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
