We had a great time! It was a walkable distance to the resort and the space was very clean and comfortable.

Corinne’s place was exactly what we needed. Last minute booking was flawless. House very clean and plenty of towels. Beds very comfortable. Lots of closet space. Large living area and perfect kitchen and dining. With new grandchild in area we will be back. Thank You!!!

The whole house is amazing and Aaron and Karin added extra touches which I really appreciate! But the beds! They are THE BEST!!! Y’all! I’m staying here every single time I come to B-Town from now on!!!!

Perfect stay! Comfortable home and very convenient location….on Saturday morning we walked to town and did some shopping at Bloomington’s wonderful Farmers Market!

Second stay at this location and always fits the bill. Strong communication and a quiet neighborhood with deer and woodpeckers. We appreciate this excellent accommodation.

Michael’s place had several areas for us to hang out in, the house was SUPER clean, his instructions were super clear and concise, he was very responsive, and the overall cost was not bad at all. :)!

had a pleasant stay at Nicolas’s basement studio. The space was impressively clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Nicolas clearly takes pride in keeping the studio in great condition—everything from the floors to the bathroom felt freshly cleaned and tidy. The studio itself is well-organized and has all the basics you need for a short stay. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed provided a good night’s rest. I also appreciated the quiet and privacy that came with being in a basement space—it felt like a peaceful retreat. That said, one thing to be aware of is that the studio is a bit dim. As it’s located in a basement, there’s limited natural light, which made it feel a little enclosed during the day. Adding more lighting or finding a way to increase natural light would definitely improve the overall atmosphere. Still, if you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and quiet place to stay, this studio is a solid option.

Cute clean house, quiet neighborhood, love that coffee is supplied! It’s a great place for a weekend getaway! Our only issue with the stay is the sloped street parking. My mom was not a fan. We are from the corn fields of Illinois though.

Had a great time staying at this place! It was as described and Rodney was proactive and helpful. It’s a lovely piece of property with plenty of supplies outdoor activities.

Had a fun weekend here with friends. The location is close enough to gas stations and other places to quickly grab whatever you might need, but still feels remote. Lots of space on the property but unfortunately due to heavy rain we couldn't use it to its full potential. Would recommend if you're looking to enjoy nature while still being close to Bloomington (about 15 minutes from campus.)

Overall it was great place and served its purpose … Great gathering space but for 8 people to hang out in the common area it could use more seating. I would recommend this over separate hotel rooms for a group traveling together !

Great place to stay. Wonderful for big groups. Allowed us to have a peaceful place for our work retreat and space for our kids to enjoy themselves also . Will definitely return. Amenities are good. Kitchen well equipped.

We loved the yard. The tree in the backyard had beautiful blossoms and there were flowers blooming all over the yard. It was so peaceful and quiet, yet close to the campus and downtown. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels. Our host was so kind and immediately responded to our requests. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This property is the perfect get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life. Plentiful wildlife to sit out on the porches to watch or, as we did, walking around the property. We had the 2 bedroom unit and it was immaculate in cleanliness and comfortably furnished. It was in the 90s on the days we stayed, the air conditioning was perfect. Sandy, the caretaker, left us her number and checked that we didn't need anything whenever she saw us. We definitely will be back!

Kim’s Cosmic Cottage was exactly as expected and very cozy and comfortable. I will return. I arrived unexpectedly sick with a severe sinus infect. and wanted nothing to do but rest. CC felt like home and that’s exactly what you need when you’re sick. And to be able to get that feeling while traveling was so nice and definitely helpful in my recovery. Kim responded quickly to my question regarding an urgent care that was near. Only 3 min. away. She offered assist. if I needed it and….let me have a late check out due to my weakened condition. She reached out quickly after booking and asked what type of snacks I would like and I will say, the basket was basically empty by the time I left. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evening. Both the front and back porch are very welcoming and provide a place to sit, relax and enjoy the view. Lots of cozy blankets, pillows inside to cuddle up. Decor is cute and I love the nostalgia feel I get of my childhood. And a “Bedford Stone” home

Had a really great weekend trip here with my dad. I wouldn’t call it “glamping” as it is very remote and not exactly luxurious as the term suggests. The privies are pretty much unusable, but they have a great shower/bathroom trailer nearby. Unfortunately, the AC was broken when we went, so it was extremely hot inside. If you’re not used to camping and being in the middle of nowhere, I’d choose a different place. There was also a wedding during our stay, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use the bathroom as it was right next to the wedding barn and pretty loud throughout the night. Would’ve been nice if we could have been told about this beforehand. Otherwise, we loved it here. Nice to see all the animals as well.

Our stay at Nick's place was great. The beds were comfy, the house was clean, and it was only a few minutes from Karst Park, for our soccer games!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was seamless, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and how comfortable the space felt. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed are short stay at the cabin. The home feels comfortable, was affordable, and close to the shopping, restaurants, and casino in French Lick which is why we visited! There are some things that could use a little attention in the cabin. There were some loose kitchen cabinet doors, a loose bedroom door...things that just need a simple screw gun to fix. :) We loved the cozy cabin feel and the electric blankets! Overall we loved the place and would definitely recommend it to people looking for an affordable, peaceful place to stay in French Lick. The resort in town is beautiful but very pricey so finding this gem was great for us.
