This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Includes a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

Welcome to my duplex I have named Warm and Friendly. The bedroom upstairs has a king bed, and the larger room downstairs also has a king bed. There is a bonus room I call the nook in the basement and it has a queen bed. The kitchen has full sized appliances with a table that will seat 4. There are lots of pillows and blankets. The loveseat in living room has a pull-out bed for a smaller person.
