Lakyn’s place was exactly like the description. Well worth the money. Clean, plenty of space, great amenities, and comfortable beds. We came in at midnight but I still felt perfectly safe. Great quiet neighborhood. Lakyn was also very responsive and friendly. Would absolutely use this place again! Thank you, Lakyn!

This place was super cozy very well organized, and the host had everything that you could possibly need. I really appreciate it when host go out of their way and they have things like shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, and anything you could possibly need while on the go great place to stay.

Everything about the Cozy Cottage was just as Annie described. Private, peaceful surroundings. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, plenty of seating. We were there for a wedding and used this as our family’s clean-up space after decorating on Friday and Saturday before the wedding. Our only complaint which is no fault of Annie is that the GPS directions took us to a different location after we passed the correct one. It’s really so easy once you find the right road. My suggestion to Annie is get a larger sign out on Mount Pleasant road to replace what you have there. We will come again if we need a place in/around Tupelo. Thanks again for being a great host Annie!

Always responsive, so easy to talk to and correspond with! Place is pristine every time and I’m a repeat guest at her 2 locations as long as they are available and would recommend her places to everyone! Home away from home!

Loved our short stay, great location and cozy atmosphere.

Comfortable house with two full-sized bedrooms and one more small room with a folded bed. Well-equipped kitchen, modern dining and living rooms. Nice backyard with outdoor seating under huge trees - very peaceful, we wished we had more time to sit and relax there. The neighborhood is quiet, without much traffic and with similar houses around. The host was friendly and responsive - when I noticed there is no coffee in the house, she immediately sent us a driver with a delivery.

The house was really great and wide to stay. The neighbor is very nice and quiet too and friendly people around but really nice to rent also for vacations and I will rent this house if I ever head to Saltillo MS again.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Tupelo. The house is beautiful inside and out; the furnishings were comfortable and the porch is sweet to sit on. Our host made us feel so welcome and taken care of. It is close to Main st and restaurants. Amazing stay!
