I really enjoyed my stay at Jaz's place, she was very proactive , helpful and friendly. She made me feel welcome and at home which was exactly as described, a home away from home Its a very quiet neighbourhood and a great location. The home is tastefully furnished with excellent facilities. I recommend it highly and look forward to visiting again

We’ve had a lovely Easter break in this beautiful apartment. Gorgeous apartment, has all the amenities you need, super clean, and close to all local attractions. Dale is very attentive and helpful too !

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

All Good and tram drop location was perfect.

Well designed and great central location for my short stay in lytham. The outdoor space is a lovely touch and the Fig and Olive is right next door which was so convenient for breakfast.

Me my wife and our two young sons stayed at Lyns place in Southport for the last week of december. The place was relly cosy and the whole family really felt at home during out stay. It was right by the lake and we enjoyed breafast watchng the sun come up at their lovley window side dining table. Lyn was extremely helpful with settling us in and even gave us nice recomendations for the area. We will most certainly stay again on our next visit.

Ed’s place is perfectly situated in the gorgeous historic setting of Hamilton Square which has a train station and ferry port taking you into the city in minutes! Ed’s place is right at the top but the views are so worth the climb! Bedding and towels beautifully clean, fresh and plentiful and furnishings are comfy and non-pretentious so you feel right at home. Ed is an attentive host, providing all you need after a long drive (sorry we didn’t eat the eggs!). He left out a parking permit for us and access was easy. Nearby Wetherspoons does a great brekkie and a walk around Woodside murals are lovely and views spectacular across the river. Nearby New Brighton, Vale Park, Birkenhead Park and Priory are worth visiting as well as is the city of Liverpool itself. Only thing we missed was a dining table but honestly that’s the only recommendation I can think of! Thanks so much Ed, we will be back 😊

Simone was very responsive to our questions and even tried to find a go around for something we asked, that wasn’t expected. She even gave us a call through our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if she could do anything more (not that there was any need) to make our stay more enjoyable. Simone is an excellent host that we will be happy to use her properties again in the future, should the need arise.

We had a lovely short stay at the Shrimp house, beautifully presented and styled holiday let. The kids said “It was a million out of a million stars and it was the best holiday let ever” Thank you, Peter, Joanne, Alfie & Alice.

A lovely home. Clean and very well stocked. It even had an coffeemaker complete with ground coffee - amazing. Compact, well designed, very bright and cheerful downstairs area with very comfortable armchairs and everything we needed for our stay. Upstairs the very large bedroom had an extremely large and comfortable bed. We slept so well. Outside the front garden is large and very private. A short walk to the shops, restaurants, local train station and cafes of Birkdale made it a perfect location for our few days in the area. We hope to return.

Absolute gem of a house. Mark couldn’t have been a better host. House was spotless and extremely well appointed. Ansdell is a perfect spot as it’s easily accessible to Lytham and close to Fairhaven. My family lives in Lytham and when there is a big get together we sometimes need to find extra accommodation. This has been the best one we have found so far. Thank you Mark.

Everything was amazing, Stephen and Irene could not have been more helpful in the lead up to the weekend. The house was in a perfect location, and ideal for our plans! Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back in the future !!

Josh gave very useful arrival info and his communication was great. House was just what we needed for our stay, within walking distance of family. Very enjoyable Easter visit!

Cannot fault our stay at all. Chantell was great. She sorted the apartment earlier than planned for us. Showed us round the apartment. Explained the little bits with heating etc. The place was spotless, and far bigger than many apartments I have stayed in. Perfectly central for everything. A perfect base. Couldn't ask for more from the chantell, she even messaged to make sure we was happy on the second day. Will I book again... Yes... Will I reccomend to family and friends... Defiantly yes. Thank you again

Julie was a fantastic host, accommodating and friendly. Accommodation is clean and comfortable and is in a great location, walking distance to local shops and restaurants with the train station at the end of the road if you want to go further afield without driving. The property is on a peaceful and safe street however our only complaint was unfortunately the next door neighbours left their two dogs shut up alone all day & evening every day and they barked almost continuously from morning to night. We are dog lovers/owners and had our three dogs with us but even our patience was tested by the end of the stay! Obviously not something that can be controlled by Julie and the plus side was that it drove us out of the property to spend more time out and about exploring the local area! Other than that it was a great value for money stay and we would potentially stay again if back in the area

Lovely peaceful place, perfect for exploring the local area. The cottage was great and had everything I needed. Margaret even left a pint of milk on the doorstep for when I arrived. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family 😊

loved the place only thing missing was some extra heating apart from radiator in lounge it got cool in there a couple of times whilst watching the panoramic views the bedroom was never cold .The loo and kitchen were tiny but that's okay as we didn't stay in them long kitchen equipment was all there .will be returning next year very close to dog friendly beach

Well, the flat is just stunning. It is beautifully decorated and furnished.. makes great use of the space and was spotless. We had such a lovely break, some much needed family time. Right by the sea, lots of little shops, small supermarkets, pub and a takeaway or two all within walking distance. Perfect spot
