Amazing stay at this place - Will be going back again, was blown away with how good the area was, the lodge we stayed in was better than the pictures, the amenities were great inside, was warm and cosy, hot tub on the deck was secluded whilst open so felt really relaxing. The staff were amazing, friendly and knowledgable. No faults at all. Great location, not far into York for a day out. Such great value for money!

Our second stay here. Brilliant stop over on our way South. The room is clean and comfortable. Super comfy bed and pillows! We love the little balcony where you can watch the sun set. The restaurant/bar has great beer and the Haddock Thermador is to die for. Friendly, helpful staff. We will stay here again! Brilliant. Thank you!

A repeat stay for us. This is an ideal little home from home for a single person or couple wanting to spend a few days in Harrogate.

I had a wonderful stay despite the weather. I arrived early and they did everything possible to get me checked with availablity. Jasmine was quite accommodating and offered breakfast. The meals were delicious as I explored with the locals. Thank you.

A lovely quiet spot right by the river & easy walk into York & its main sights. Parking was an extra £15 a night - we were told after we’d booked that it may be limited but we had no issues & happy to pay. The accommodation was great; & so peaceful; very close to Rowntree Park. We liked the small kitchen area, enabling us to do our own breakfast, although the free coffee & croissant down in reception was also very welcome. Do check out Bishopthorpe Road for its eclectic shops, pubs etc where all the locals go. Highly recommend Family run Italian Trinacria with its own Gelato. Felt Roomzz was good value & if in York again, would definitely go back.
