Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. You'll love this romantic escape.Nestled at the end if our garden this beautiful host built cob cottage is cosy and different .The cottage has its own whimsical garden and a wrap around deck where you can relax in the hottub (Feb-nov) overlooking the countryside or cook up a storm on the patio kitchen . The openplan living space inside the cottage is enchanting with the round windows , glass bottle wall ,cob sofas and bespoke oak kitchen and a comfortable double bed .Central heating .

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Feel free to interact with our farm animals( horse , alpaca, sheep , goats) A direct bus to the city center is just 350m away. Not suitable for infants or the infirm.
