One of the best things about this house is that it’s fully ground level with no stairs, making it especially convenient for seniors and PWD guests who want a comfortable and accessible stay by the beach.

On the ground floor you have the living room, lounging area, and a separate private room. There is also a “casita” structure behind the main house.

A few minutes walk will bring you to the beach.
