It is near the beautiful Spring Creek Park and there is a bike path leading to Penn State. We provide 2 bikes at the house. This is a wonderful, safe, quiet neighborhood that is close to stores, restaurants, parks, and much more!

The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is located beside Spring Creek and is a wonderful place to relax with a large grassy backyard and deck. Compact in size with plenty of charm.
