A short 20 mins stroll will take you to GMHBA Stadium, 10-15 to the station, Geelong city centre and the Waterfront to enjoy an array of bars, live music venues and vibrant nightlife. The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.

It has good WiFi access, off street parking, and is close to restaurants, shops, a laundromat, post office, and library.

To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Blame Mabel is within reach of Geelong and Melbourne, yet the property has the calm and space of the country all to itself. There’s no television. Reception comes and goes. Nights are still.
