Everyone in our party had a great stay at Martha’s place! It’s clear that she genuinely wants her guests to feel comfortable and at home. She not only had plenty of local information in a binder but was very responsive to any questions we had. The space was comfortable and welcoming with plenty of room for us all to spread out and have some privacy but still enjoy being together in our group. One of the highlights was the generous snack basket Martha provided. It included a wonderful selection of local and homemade items like pickles and salsa—a truly special touch that made the stay feel even more unique. The kitchen was also impressively stocked, which made it easy to feel right at home. Martha was also very accommodating with check-in and checkout times, making the whole experience feel relaxed and stress-free. Plus, it’s always so meaningful for us to find a place that welcomes our pets. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming stay.

What a peaceful retreat. The cabin is surrounded by old growth. The walking trails lead to the top with beautiful views, some of the best fall season colors I’ve ever seen. Didn’t see a single soul out there while walking the trails.

The house and land were perfect. it was a beautiful location and the house with the bedroom and bathroom suitation was perfect for a large group staying. We enjoyed everything about the house.

So much room! We had our family Christmas with our kids and grandkids and there were plenty of rooms for everyone! The main room downstairs was perfect for all of us to hang out in and the kitchen and bar areas right off of this large room made it easy for everyone to be part of the fun. The weather wasn’t so cooperative, but had it been, there is a lot of room outside to run off steam.

The best cabin I've ever stayed at in Kentucky. Due to the location to the state park, the extra amenities that weren't listed, the badass property itself, and the fact that the listing pics don't do this cabin justice! The falls and caves on the property were a huge hit with everyone. State park was 10 seconds down the road, but you could easily spend a day exploring the property itself. Highly recommend a stay at this cabin! The only con i can possibly think of is the ice box in the fridge was leaking a little water. Lol totally worth the compromise. We will be back for sure. Definitely wish we had more time and didn't want to leave.

Anita was very responsive. The place was great and exactly as described. Wish there was internet ;) but was cell service was great. Enjoyed watching all the deer at night.

Beautiful weekend stay! Plenty of dishes to cook, we made a delicious dinner in. Very pet friendly location, fenced area worked well for our pup ! Total soul refresher, hosts were very friendly and communicative 😊

Absolutely perfect location for a trip home to see family! The home is stocked to the brim with things to do on the colder days, right on the river with a beautiful view and several outdoor sitting areas to gather around a cozy fire. They even decorated the home for the holidays, our kids were beside themselves. Rich is always very easy to get ahold of in case you need help with anything and a wonderful host, highly recommend!!

Renovated River Cabin on Ohio River Awesome Views

We totally enjoyed our stay at the red cabin. It is absolutely precious and very inviting. It was clean as a pin and had everything we needed. The bathroom is so very cute and the views from the windows are awesome. What a great sunrise.

This was our second stay, just like the first time it was very relaxing & a nice getaway. We loved the addition of the farm animals. The cabin and the bathrooms were clean & stocked. Stevie was very quick to respond to questions I had before our trip.

Cute cabin. Perfect for two people for a small getaway. Loved seeing the horses and animals. We checked in a little late and found another guest in our room. After a little back and forth he was in the wrong cabin. Someone didn’t read the detailed instructions that were provided. My only suggestion for the cabin would be a keyless entry with a code. Our stay was nice and we will definitely be back in the summer.
