This place is a gemstone surrounded by a ton of things to do locally. The Little Elm Beach is there for nice sandy beaches. Trails for those hikers in the area. Rent a boat or go to the wake park. Bring your own food and cook out at the Bus. We have access to the lake by the tiny home where you can walk down to the lake.

Easy access to Little Elm Boat ramp and Little Elm Beach. 2 minutes from restaurants, bars, and the new indoor waterpark. Lake front view, pull your boat up on the shore and walk back inside the cottage! Pets allowed + $50 addtl cleaning fees. WiFi and DIRECTV included. 7% Local Hotel Tax will be added POST booking, please calculate based on nightly rate.

This private, smoke and pet free retreat offers natural light and your own designated parking spot. Stay within two miles of UNT, TWU and the unique Denton Square. You will enjoy unique features that will make you feel at home including a stocked kitchen and a record player with music from local Denton bands.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
