Unser Haus befindet sich in einem privaten Komplex in Pino Alto, 2 Minuten vom Strand und 10 Gehminuten vom L'Hospitalet de l'Infant entfernt. Wenn Sie aus dem Bett aufwachen, sehen Sie das Meer. Das könnte das Beste im Haus sein, aber es gibt noch mehr. (Ich erzähle weiter unten). WICHTIG: Im Haus gibt es eine Mobile Klimagerät, die sehr gut funktioniert, aber keine zentrale Klimaanlage.

És una casa molt especial. Està situada en Ferran, a prop del mar, i l'hem restaurat amb molta il·lusió. Té un estil molt personal i hem cuidat tots els detalls. La casa està totalment reformada amb totes les comoditats. No en trobaràs una altra igual. Ferran és un poble molt petit que està al costat d'Altafulla, un poble amb molt d'encant a la costa Daurada. Venir a "Cal Gran" serà viure tota una experiència!

Nice house with garden in the center of Hospitalet. The house has two floors. In the main floor there is the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen, one restroom, one bedroom and the porch. In the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one restroom and also a terrace. The access to the second floor is independent to the main floor. The beach is just 4 minutes walking distance from our house.

Un pueblo ideal para venir en pareja, en familia o con amigos y pasar unos días de paz y desconexión. Montaña, mar ( cerca) , río y muchas actividades para hacer. Recorre la Ruta del Císter y disfruta a 20 minutos de Port Aventura. La casa está situada en el centro del pueblo, el cual está rodeado de viñedos y olivares.
