There is an outdoor fish cleaning area, a freezer for the carcasses, and we are a 5 minute walk to Pymatuning Lake State Park to fish the jetty, rent boats & kayaks or launch your own boat at the Marina. Enjoy the beach area with a playground. The Spillway (where the ducks walk on fish!) is minutes away! House Only, does not include garage or shed.

A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

The apartment is located above Twin Pies and Nucleus Mead with stairwell access. Enjoy Pymatuning State Park & Conneaut Lake, both within a short driving distance. The patio faces Beech Dr. (not Erie St.) but if you are with us for the Tractor Parade we have another viewing area in the building

The cottage sits on a half acre grass lot, with a two-section wrap around deck - one section under-roof and one section open to sunshine.
