Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

Jill's home was very comfortable & spacious for our group of 8. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, as well as the proximity to lots of restaurants & grocery stores. Also, our hosts were very quick to respond to all of our questions- definitely a place that we would be interested in staying at again!

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

The place was easy access to the National Western Stock Show. It had plenty of room for our large group.

Simone’s place is a restful retreat in a wonderful neighborhood. It was exactly as described. Well appointed, very clean -a quiet place to stay within city limits. We loved everything about it don’t hesitate to book Simone’s place. I will definitely return to this lovely home away from home on future visits to Denver. We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

Kayah’s place was an absolutely beautiful property, my friends and I had a great time staying! Kayah was incredibly responsive and accommodating for last-minute guest count changes. We will definitely book here again when we are in the area!

My sister and I, and our families, shared this house over the holidays. It was a great place to gather for meals and hanging out. It was especially nice to have an extra living room area in the basement for the kids. The location was beautiful.

Samuel’s place was perfect for us for our weekend getaway. House was clean and accommodating. Hot tub was wonderful after a surprise snowstorm. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. House instructions were clear and Samuel was very communicative.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's lovely, super cozy home. The home is infused with lots of TLC and fine touches that make it special and inviting as well as livable. We had everything we needed for a quick spring break trip in the snow! This home has more room than I imagined and great set up for the varying ages of the boys. The town of Nederland offered some eclectic spots and the local mountain Eldora was perfect size for a great couple of days of skiing and snowboarding. Then home to cook in the large kitchen, a little sledding, and relax in the hot tub. We would definitely return!

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

The best part about Jeffrey‘s place was it’s location and accessibility to the surrounding areas. I’ve lived all over the world and Jeffrey’s area is a little rough around the edges, but I felt safe to walk around at night by myself as a woman. I appreciate his proactive approach to conserving energy as well… He was a lovely host!
