Bring the whole family, including the dog, to this great place with lots of room for fun. Don't forget your boat, and enjoy our low-traffic constant-level lake. This stylish home has a spacious dock with lake views.  It has both covered and uncovered portions equipped with chairs, loungers, porch swing, and a gas fire pit. We are located on a protected cove great for fishing, paddle boarding, swimming, and kayaking. There are paddle boards, Kyaks, and floats for your use.

The Highland Lakes region of Central Texas Hill Country offers many activities that include; boating on constant level Lake LBJ, taking vineyard tours, golf courses nearby, fishing, horseback riding, hiking the trails at Inks State Park , spelunking in the Longhorn Caverns or jumping off a rock bluff at the Devils Waterhole.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .

Note lake water levels vary, but we prepare for this by having awesome beach activities. Our pet fee is $35 per pet. All use of amenities are at your own risk.
