Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Located in the picturesque Gwynedd village of Brynrefail on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, this former quarry man's 19th century cottage is full of style and character. On the ground floor you' ll find a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with an eye catching inglenook and a multi fuel burner. The kitchen includes a washing machine, full size dishwasher, fridge freezer and an electric range cooker. 2 good size bedrooms and a family bathroom can be found on the first floor.
